Best priced gas around Houston. Sometimes cheaper than Costco.

Stop by on a Sunday afternoon and it was empty at the pumps which is amazing considering it was a great price. Clean exterior throughout the entire parking lot and really well maintained inside. Definitely one of the sharper 7-Elevens I’ve been to in the area.

Highly recommend becoming a 7-Eleven app member, and also taking advantage of this 7-Eleven for its a great prices clean facility and friendly staff

I don't know about the reviews before mine, but they barely opened two weeks ago. I work down the street and this place has been pretty solid the few times I have visited. Tacos were good, everything was stocked, great selection of coffees and drinks, and the employees have been great so far. Happy to have them close by. Fingers crossed they stay this way.

Love this place!! Best store in the city. Well run, clean, and professional.

Best tacos 🌮 ever

I must say, very pleasant first-time visit to this new 7/11 location (that’s only 4 months old as of today, May 2023).

From what I saw, organized and clean store layout. Easy to navigate and lots of variety across many product categories.

I mainly walked in for some coffee, in which, I was greeted by a large expansive coffee station towards the front of the store.

Not to mention, the Laredo Taco located inside. Didn’t try it this time around, but def will be back for it! The food items were FULL of food, that looks pretty good, Hot and fresh.

Not the worst experience but I was in the bathroom washing my hands and the clerk that works the register was using the urinal. I finished drying my hands and he just walked right out of the bathroom straight from the urinal ( NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS).

That is just nasty he is coming in contact with everyone at the register and he is going to the bathroom and not washing his hands.

I sure hope the people in the store handling the food don't do that.

This guy was a skinny guy looked like he was in his 20's with long blonde hair and a different accent.

I almost walked out because I didn't want to come in contact with anything he touched.

Edit: Here’s some more detail behind the review. We’ve been regulars since it opened because it’s on our way to work, sometimes we go multiple times per day.

Overall the crew is pleasant and there are positives to the experience but some of the things going on are baffling & need attention.

Often there won’t be a cashier when you walk in, as in no one, for minutes at a time, long enough to form a line sometimes. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

The front door glass is absolutely nasty, dirty, makes you not want to touch that handle. Asked an associate they said it’s because of all the cling that has been used and cannot be cleaned.

The coffee station is good but often we’ll walk in and many machines can be offline or there won’t be cups or low in creamer or no Splenda which we have asked for previously.

Yesterday they were not able to accept credit cards for gas because of a software upgrade 😳, so went across the street.

Out of toilet pater in the men’s room, attendant was aware and they handed me a roll to take in.

Recently front door was locked and had to walk around. Small thing but it just compounds.

Often out of Monster drinks (probably a good thing for me but from a business perspective not so good)

Taco area is solid but this store is either horribly understaffed or lacking leadership & direction. Just would never expect this from a 7-11 right? This store is brand new!

This review is moreso for Laredo taco the food are labeled one price/description and then rang up for a higher price like people don't notice it. The sausage biscuit for 1.49 I brought this morning rang up for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit for 2.99. so I address the difference and the lady acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about. I let her know this wasn't the first time and when I spoke with her prior she gave me a different story. And today now she doesn't speak English. I kept the receipt and wrapper from last time for this moment to show her she did the same thing prior. With no resolution. Her customer service was horrible and she had an attitude.
The guy This morning overrode the price something she claimed she couldn't do the last time. I leave and make it to my destination just to bite into a under cooked biscuit. Still doughy and whomever cut the biscuit knew it was undercooked and still wrapped it to sell.

****After work the same guy that overrode the price did give me a refund.**** Bc that's all he could do.

I had the worst experience ever at this place. The lady named Kim was so hostile rude that if you don’t wanna work, don’t be there you didn’t even greet me. Your restrooms were definitely not clean, and services were not rendered to me in a nice, polite way. I hope y’all, don’t ever get treated the way she treated me unacceptable. I hope someone from management contacts me her name is Kim between her and the other person on the floor were yelling and telling me I would have to come back in the morning that is not right if you’re not feeling right then you need to go home and let someone else work. I’m done with that store.

I walked in at 16:00 to this NEW store.
Cashiers are beyond hollering amongst each other and do not greet you.

The restrooms are disgusting, for this to be a new store you would think they would follow the rules and regulations as to how to maintain it.

It shows greatly how management is lacking and how the employees don’t deliver on their duties.

This location almost NEVER HAS GAS!!! what kind of gas station always out of gas?? The trash bins are always overflowing as well. It’s disgusting. I’ll be goin right across the street from now on. Ridiculous and inconvenient.

Bad service trying to get some breakfast tacos 🌮 nobody will serve me the cashier says she don't get paid enough to serve tacos either so I guess I have to go else where for now on waisted my time

My husband went in with a coupon for a free hotdog. The lady at the register was rude and said “We don’t take those no more” my husband said “It expires December 2023” . The lady fooled with the register meanwhile a nice lady behind my husband offered to pay for the hotdog. My husband sai”No mam thank you so much but the coupon is good and finally the register lady said said “ok”. As my husband was walking out the attitude register lady told the lady who offered to pay”I don’t have time to mess with all that!” Well guess what lady…. That’s all you have time for! That’s why you were hire and should be fired! Customer service was horrible And I hope the manager contacts me!

This is a brand new gas station! Half the pumps are already out of service. The place is really not taken care of inside. Coffee machines are turned off most of the time. One of the ladies that work in the afternoon has her kids with her and they run around freely in the store screaming and working the register with a baby in her arms and always on their phones. They complain when they get the deliveries in and say that they are not restocking the store and that someone else can do it later. Definitely no professionalism in this store. just very disappointing

Bought a chef salad, chicken was slimy, I just decided not to eat the salad. I'm calling but no number to direct store.
