They are very happy to keep your nails healthy and have a multitude of different choices...gel, dip, basic, etc. They even have a bar stocked with your favorite spirits and non alcoholic drinks. Definitely will be back!

I got the dip manicure and pedicure done here and it was the best experience! The nail artists are all very nice and professional as well. They had complementary drinks and massage chairs as well. Definitely the best nail salon I’ve been to in the dfw area.

Central Nail Salon is my newest find. After being disgusted with all of the chemical smells that I took home as souvenirs after each visit to my previous nail spa, I decided to check this salon out. They are under new management and are definitely a cut above the rest. Not only do they use healthier products, they take the time to provide excellent customer service. As a small business, they work very hard to ensure they provide a quality experience and a desire for you to return to them. Their new extended evening hours are great for working moms.

It is well worth the trip, even with the construction on Highway 26. Please check them out! You won’t want to go anywhere else!!! ❤

I came last minute and they were so kind. They gave me the slushie jelly treatment and that felt amazing. They were very attentive to my needs. I got the therapeutic spa pedicure and I absolutely LOVED IT! The margaritas were great too! My nails and toes look beautiful! I will definitely be back. Definitely recommend this spot!

Amazing service here today. A $50 pedicure was only $30 because of an amazing 40% off deal they’re doing on all pedicures. Got dip on my nails and they also did a superb job. Impeccable customer service all around and not to mention, a fully stocked bar! Highly recommend this nail salon to anyone!

First time here and I’m in love!! Great staff and service. They went all out to make sure I had an amazing experience. Got a pedicure and manicure and received the royal treatment. Hot towel wraps, massage and hot stone. Definitely my new go-to salon now and I highly recommend to everyone.

I've tried every nail salon in Colleyville and all along Grapevine Hwy. Finally! I have found the best. Not crowded, rushed, or gimmicky. Just a lovely, quiet atmosphere with excellent service. Best pedicure and gel nails in the DFW. If you are not coming here, you're not getting the best.

Came on a Sunday... Super happy that they were open at 10:30! How can you beat that!? You can't.. Staff greeted me and were super sweet and the salon was very clean.. Enjoyed my pedicure very much.. Been coming to this great salon for pedicures for a long time. Decided to try nails for the first time in years. The dip powder with an ombré effect is absolutely beautiful. Vivian did an awesome job!!!! I am very happy.

I walked in without an appointment and was cheerfully greeted. They posted a special on their Facebook page and to my delight, they brought it up and gave me the discount without my having to ask for it. I had the queen pedicure and definitely recommend it. I also had a basic manicure. Best foot massage ever and a shoulder massage was included. I will be returning, the staff really treated me well.

I arrived at 7:15 pm after a long day, knowing the salon closed at 8:00. The staff was willing to stay late and work on my pedicure until almost 8:30! I got the royal treatment. Have been here on previous occasions as well and always leave happy.

I had to come leave a review because I am beyond impressed with the quality of work from this place. Yesterday I slammed my thumb in a car door. Not only did the thickness of my acrylic nail keep me from breaking the tip of my thumb, the acrylic nail itself didnt even break or crack. I dont think quality gets much better that! Also the people who work here are very warm and inviting and make you feel very welcome. The girl who did my nails took her time and made sure to do her best. I definitely will be returning here!

Had a great experience at Central Nail Salon today. The salon was very clean looking and modern with an updated look. My technician was Christine and she did an amazing job on my mani and pedi. They used this jelly thing to soak my feet that felt squishy but really relaxing. She also exfoliated my feet, moisturized, did the hot stone, and wrapped it in a steamed towel. I felt like a queen, yass! I also got the powder dip, I was afraid it would take a long time but it didn't take as long as I thought it would and she did a wonderful job. The manager gave us drinks from the bar also, that is a first for me. They were all so nice and professional. The price isn't bad either for an hour and a half of leg and arm massage with the powder dip. I would definitely come back and get the same package again.

This is MY new place and I love it, and I'm a loyal customer. The manager is so nice, along with the team he has. I don't feel rushed and they do a quality job. I mean it's perfect every time! Clean and professional. Plus they play 80's music...I like to make appointments but they do walk ins too. Go here!

Nice upscale clean salon, the bar is awesome. Many colors for dip powders. The lady did my pedicure was very good and relaxing. Recommended!

This was my first time visiting, prices were very reasonable, very clean, great atmosphere and staff was very friendly and attentive. The gel treatment was a added treat to a great pedicure experience, I will definitely be going back :)
