Great Clips

I utilized their online check in option for my daughter and myself, which was great because it told me approximately how long of a wait it would be. We showed up and were taken back pretty quickly. The lady who cut our hair was very sweet and good with my daughter. The haircuts turned out great.

Halee did such an AMAZING job on my hair. I went in with a Momma-do (throw it in a ponytail and do what you gotta do) and walked out feeling sassy and stylish with weight literally off my shoulders! She gave me bouncy layers like I’ve never had before. By far the best haircut… I’d even go as far to say… in my life! She was VERY thorough prior to even making her first cut. She made sure to ask me plenty of questions to ensure I was getting what I wanted and knew what I was getting so that we were on the same page before she even started. I went home and styled my hair.. I immediately had to go back to see her. She needed to hear and see what an amazing job she did! (Something I’ve never done before.) Altho I scared her by showing back up (bcuz she thot something was wrong) I’m so glad I did.. I had goosebumps going back and showing her how excited I was with the cut.
I think it’s important when someone does a fabulous job they are absolutely recognized for the good they are doing.

Being fairly new to the area, I asked my neighbor where she got her hair cut as it always looks great. She said Great Clips on N Beach. I went immediately and luckily I was helped by Lisa ( I think I got the name right). My hair was damaged from highlight processing at a salon. Lisa gave me an outstanding cut and I couldn't be more pleased. I'll certainly be back when it's time for a trim.

Great clips has always been my place to get haircuts. No matter which location I visit, tje staff are always friendly. It really helps to keep the notes about my cut on their system. I recommend the online check in, otherwise you're likely to be waiting for some time.

I always take my boys here to get their hair cut and this is by far the best great clips there is! Shout out to Noah for giving my son the best hair cut he’s ever got, and Jamie for always doing a great job for us!

Checked in online. Arrived when the app told me to. Walked in and and immediately asked if I checked in online. Yes. Waited less than 30 seconds for my name to be called in a room full of waiting customers. Samantha gave me the best haircut that I have had in a very long time. Thanks Samantha! Thanks Great Clips!

Just had an excellent haircut here by Halee! The only negative part of the experience was from our previous reviewer Cesar. I can only describe this man as the memes that you see of Karen. Never before have I seen a grown man act of such a child in a public setting as he threw a tantrum (hence the free haircut). He proceeded to write the review saying he wouldn’t return, only to immediately return to “fix” the haircut, where he seemed to misunderstand that hair doesn't grow at the snap of a finger. The haircut had nothing wrong with it, and his complaint came from exactly what he asked for, but didn’t like how it looked.

Let this be a lesson to you, Cesar. Be polite, or get called out by a bystander who witnessed your childish behavoir. I hope you have the day that you deserve :)

I had the most amazing experience at this great, great clips! Jamie literary saved my hair!!!!
I went to the great clips near my home on Blue Mound and Basswood and the stylist there destroyed my hair. I should have known it was going to be bad by all the distractions she was allowing herself to have. I could go on and on but I will just leave it at the cut was so awful I didn’t want them fixing it, so I went home and read other store reviews and found this one. I called them and they were so sympathetic and understanding. They insisted I come see them and they would not allow me to pay again. I went the next day and the manager Jamie took care of me. She took her time to make sure she fixed my hair... and to be honest it’s been a very long time since I’ve such a great hair cut. This salon was so crazy busy. They had so many stylists. Everyone seemed like they were having such a good time. It’s so nice to see that in a work environment. Jamie was such a joy to work with. I have found my new forever place to get my hair done!! Thank you all for helping a girl out in pinch!! See you soon!

I’ve been going here for several years now and service has always been excellent. Staff is courteous and facility is always clean. Stylist Jamie does a great job cutting mine and both of my son’s hair. I recommend if your needing a haircut, give this one a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Mona gave my two boys the best hair cuts they have ever had. They have very hard hair to cut bc of cow licks. I was very impressed. We gave a big tip.
