Mobile home park is kept fairly clean in comparison to some others in the valley, also lot rent is a lot lower than most. This park also uses irrigation water to water their lawns, instead of culinary water.

Dumpy trailer park. Owners turn off outside water in winter months. Omg , a trailer catches on fire. What to do? Wait for the fire dept. Think about it.
