Cache Valley Cabinets & Tops

This review is literally 2 years overdue, but I wanted to be sure to post it all the same. Cache Valley Cabinets & Tops built and installed bookshelves in the front room of our home that we designated as the library.

The end product is nothing short of amazing.
The shelves were installed in a single day, and every eventuality was taken into account. Where there were outlets on the walls they were perfectly incorporated into the shelves; the top and bottom of the bookcases were trimmed out to look as though they were part of the original home construction. All the upper and lower shelves are adjustable, so they can literally accommodate any size book.

We couldn’t possibly be happier with the end product, and are so happy that we chose CVC&T to do this work!

We ordered countertops from this company for the kitchen and bathroom cabinets in our new house we are building. They traveled about 1 1/2 hours to measure. They came back to deliver and install the countertops on a windy and snowy day with terrible roads through the mountain pass.
They did a beautiful and professional job of installing the countertops. They were friendly and willing to answer all our questions. We are so pleased.

I am a custom home builder in Cache Valley. I have used Cache Valley Cabinets and Tops for over 10 years on project ranging from a simple vanity swap out, to cabinet packages over $100K. They have always taken care of my customers and have jumped through any hoops I placed in front of them (and I have given them some pretty gnarly hoops) to complete the jobs with exceptional customer service and provide an excellent product. I know Paul (the owner) personally and he is a man of his word and does exactly what he says he will. He is intently focused on running his business well and taking care of his customers. His employees from the showroom designers and fabricators to install crews are great people and I recommend Cache Valley Cabinets and Tops to everyone who asks me and to anyone looking for cabinets and tops.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The showroom was amazing, with endless options available, and the employees were super patient in helping guide us through all the choices and things we should consider. We were able to take several samples with us, no questions asked, which helped a lot in choosing the other components of our remodel. The installation was done fast and professionally, and according to schedule. We had a custom request for the tops of our cabinets to be finished and stained, as they are visible from the top of the stairs. The installers did a great job on this, even though it was a pain, and checked several times from the top of the stairs to be sure it looked good - I never had to say "that's not good enough" - they kept touching it up on their own without being asked until it was perfect. They also threw in some additional trim to go underneath the microwave without me even asking. Remodeling a kitchen is a tough experience (as anyone who has been through it knows!) but the cabinets and tops from CVCT was by far the easiest/smoothest part of the entire project. They anticipated every need and potential issue and stayed exactly on plan and schedule.

CVCT installed our new kitchen cabinets and countertops and we LOVE it. They did a great job with the installation and were very professional. Of course when I first started the bidding process I overbid on our budget, but they helped be get into the range I could afford and helped me figure out what was needed and not needed. I would recommend using this company!

Fantastic experience from start to finish with CVCT. Their showroom and service was excellent. Very professional and responsive through our five revisions to the design and layout. Clean drawings and clearly defined scope of work. Installed cabinets and countertops all in one day. They wrapped the newly installed beam to match the cabinets. Very impressive to watch their team during the installation. At the end of the install, one minor detail was missed with a pull out in one cabinet and they immediately fixed it. Thank you CVCT!

These guys know cabinets and countertops. We have worked with them for over 6 years and they have always delivered. Even through the toughest times of the pandemic they made sure our cabinets installs were all finished 100%. Highly recommend!

Cache Valley Countertops has been AWESOME to work with. They accommodated our budget and schedule. We have been very pleased with the service they have provided even after the original install. Our new countertop from Cache Valley Countertops is a great addition to our kitchen remodel! We had recently updated all our appliances and cracked our old countertop while installing a new dishwasher. The quick quote we received from CVCT fit perfectly within our budget. The installers were professional and friendly. I appreciate the concern they took when taking out my old countertop by not breaking any of my backsplash tile. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

I can't say enough about this company. From the design to the installation was flawless. Cameron and his crew were knowledgeable and spot on from beginning. They answered all our question and went above and beyond.They were professional and funny which put my whole family at ease. The totally install took about 4 hours which was amazing. I would highly recommend them. Excellent job fellas.

The countertops were ready in 3 weeks and the guys who came to install them were quick, efficient, friendly and on time. The girls in the office were very helpful and informative when picking out what we wanted. They were helpful on the ‘little’ things we wanted to change. They kept in touch so I knew exactly what day they would be coming and they didn’t change the date originally scheduled. When they came to install, they were very friendly and professional! Love this business, they did an excellent job and we love our new kitchen!!!

We had excellent customer service from beginning to end. Brandon, Shawn, and Greg installed our countertops in our kitchen and we are very happy with them. They were great to work with and they did a wonderful job! We’d use CVCT again!

Cache Valley designed and installed kitchen cabinets for me and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. They are well made and the installation is perfect. I just decided I needed one more shelf in one of the cabinets and their customer service was top notch in getting it done and to me very quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about new cabinets. They also did my counter tops and shelves and cabinets in the living room. Amazing crew! They showed up and got
to work right away. Split up into teams to tackle different rooms for efficiency. They were friendly and jovial. Our whole order of work and products were correct. They were also able to repair the cabinetry that we kept. It looks fabulous!!

We love our cabinets and counter tops we got from these guys! The installers were clean and professional. They made sure the job was done right and on time. All of our cabinet doors are soft close and shut so smooth. The finish work on the outside looks amazing and was at a very fair price. I would send my friends and family to these guys and not even think twice!!

Just had another GREAT experience with Cache Valley Cabinets and Tops here this past week. They fixed our cabinet doors and even repaired a granite seam from another contractor that had gone bad over the years. Amazing people and amazing service.

If you haven't been in their showroom, you have to go before you make any cabinet or counter top decisions. Amazing service, whether it was dealing with the lady at the front desk, or Paul White himself, I have always been well taken care of. I was amazed at their range of options and the quality of their products as well.

I just want to say that Brandon and his crew were efficient and very professional in installing my new bathroom counter top. From when they came to measure and discussing time of delivery I could not be happier. The work was done well and the fit is perfect. Thanks to everyone
