You gotta try this place. Their briskets were moist, flavorful and seasoning was right on point. The sausages were good too! And let’s talk about their sides. If you are a lover of bbq side dishes, this place is for you. Everything is made from the scratch, and you can tell that someone really spent their time, energy to create the high quality comfort foods.

GotDaYum! Brisket is on point! Everything was delicious, everything. The young couple running it were both very friendly as well. Definitely worth a trip to Taylor.

I had a brisket plate which was the best I have had. Tender and moist. The sauce was also very tasty. You need to try it!

Had a late lunch early dinner yesterday. The brisket melted in my mouth. The cornbread, this isn't your grandma's cornbread, and the mac and cheese were delicious.

I was blown away at the quality of food coming out of this small truck. Don't even need teeth for that BBQ. Fall right off the bone and perfect amount of smoke. I'll be back asap

Reason for three stars has nothing to to with the food. We drove all the way up from S.A. to try it and could not locate it And noone answwrs the posted ohone number. The location is the old Taylor High School which has been flipped to a retail center. It would be good to indicate that somewhere. We were driving around looking for a BBQ joint. Maybe we'll drive back up one day. But they need to do a better job with logistics.
