This is my first time using this agency. Kerri was very helpful. she was able to provide me with decent rates and bundled up my auto with home insurance for additional savings. she made sure that I had good coverage on my home and auto.

I have used this agency for over 10 years, and yes I have shopped around but others haven’t beat the coverage, service, and rates. Andrea is always so helpful and knowledgeable and knows who I am every time I call. Plus, SF insurance has paid out well with each claim.

Kerri is fantastic to work with and a pleasure. Not only did she reduce my costs dramatically while increasing my coverage, but she mad the interaction frictionless and easy. Two thumbs up for great service!

Been with State Farm for over a decade and they want to increase my insurance rates by more than 10% without more than 30 days notice. Tye Strickland is a complacent insurance agent who has no regard for helping his customers or finding a way to help. It's just keep the policy here and let me collect your funds. You should be ashamed of the business you provide now with a company thaty is a compete joke.

Beware of State Farm and their brokers. Scam artists. I will take this to the top of the chain. No claims on my house ever, never paid late, and I get stuck with a bill that 10% more with an excuse of inflation. Well guess what, we're all feeling it and you just put the knife in our backs further.

Very rude people! Was a customer for 6 years. They couldn't spell our names right for the insurance. They would raise my price and never tell me. Don't even get me started on their auto pay. When I did cancel my policy they still pulled the payment a week later and have yet to return all the money!!! They are rude crooks who do not care about anyone but themselves. The least amount of work they have to do they will be ecstatic with.

Called this agency for homeowners insurance quote plus auto as a bundle. Was very surprised to see they were trying to sell overblown coverage $833,000 each for water leak and sewer back up, I build and lived in this house since 2003 and never had any issues as mentioned above. In comparison their competitor coverage was $25000 and $10,000. I lost my trust in this agency in Colleyville.

This is the worst office I have ever been with. Never give this company money.
