Red Door Ranch Event Venue

Red Door Ranch is such an amazingly beautiful venue, and the owners Tracy and Vernon were awesome! My daughter's wedding day was just magical and everyone including the vendors complimented the venue. Tracy and her staff worked exceptionally well with our wedding coordinator, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Every time I thought I needed to take care of something, Tracy and her team already had it handled.

We hosted my brother-in-law and his girlfriend’s Little Pumpkin themed baby shower at Red Door Ranch this past weekend and had a great time! The space is easily transformed into your own style and there’s a ton of room to work with inside and out. Tracy and Vernon, the owners, couldn’t be more helpful and have really made a wonderful space that can work for anyone and any style. I highly recommend booking your next event here!

RDR was really an amazing venue for our wedding. I was looking for a space that was open, bright and would allow me to have a more dreamy wedding. This space was perfect for that. The outside ceremony area is easily customizable. There was a small garden area where we did our private vows and it felt so lovely. Having the staircase as part of our entrance really sealed the deal on the fairy tale goal. We had a small issue when booking and they were very accommodating and left us feeling satisfied. They had a great space for getting ready and our hair and makeup artists commented on the great lighting. Tracy was easy to reach and communicate with. Even though we didn’t ask for it, they offered additional items for our day of. I remember looking at another venue that cost way more and didn’t even come with table and chairs. RDR comes with everything you need and if they don’t have it, they know just who to talk to. I highly recommend visiting when they have an open house as that was really useful for us to see the space in use. Going with a business that wasn’t one of those big wedding companies made me feel more comfortable and not like I was just another number. RDR, thank you for being apart of our special day.

I could not have asked for a better experience! Tracy went above & beyond to make our day exceptional. The venue itself is stunning and I can’t rave enough about the Bridal Suite! Their staff was amazing and catered to our friends & family with the upmost class. All of our friends and family were in Awe over the beauty and grace Red Door Ranch & Mrs Tracy displayed. We will definitely be having further events here! ❤

The PERFECT place to have whatever style/theme for your celebration! We had my daughters wedding there in November and it was extraordinarily beautiful! The owner Tracy was amazing to work with, she helped us so much, even on the day of! She was all hands on deck and did whatever we needed her to help with. You will not go wrong choosing this venue!

The most beautiful place to have a wedding or any party! We loved everything about it; being on top of a hill, the beautiful suites for us to get ready in, all the space for guests to spread out and so much more! It is beautiful inside and out!
Tracy is a wonderful person to work with! She helped me so much through our planning process and very understanding with any changes that came up. I knew nothing when I started looking at venues and a lot of stress was taken off my shoulders working with Tracy! We had the most perfect wedding day, even with the rain storm that came! Go see it in person, you will fall in love too!

I can't say enough good things about Red Door Ranch and Tracy! We booked with them in December for our February wedding after some unforeseen events with our original venue. Tracy worked hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our dream wedding came true! We could not have pulled it off without her! The venue is beautiful! 10/10

This venue was an absolute DREAM. I can not recommend this venue and Tracy at the Red Door Ranch enough. We hired her to decorate all our tables as well and they came out beautiful. If you're looking for an incredible venue for your special day, definitely check this place out!

Beautiful setting for wedding or event. My daughter got married here and it was gorgeous! Everyone raved about how pretty the ceremony and reception was. Tracy was wonderful with the planning and organizing! Very friendly, accommodating and informative on vendors and decor. She went above and beyond to make sure the day was special for my daughter. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an event location to check them out!

Red Door Ranch is the perfect event venue! The property and the venue are beautiful. The owners are so sweet and helpful. They are doing an amazing job creating a beautiful venue that will be apart of a lot of peoples special day. I had my wedding outdoors, under the beautiful trees, and it was nothing but perfect. The arch they built is the perfect centerpiece to your ceremony. The wildflowers are a gorgeous backdrop and perfect for pictures afterwards. Book this venue. You won't regret it!

I attended an appreciation dinner hosted by my church here. I was impressed with the parking, facility and the staff. The main hall was immaculate and the table decorations were on point. I think we catered food but their staff prepared it for serving and provided service line assistance and all of that went quite well and we had a rather large group. We appreciate their exceptional service.

Accoustics might be a challenge if you want a band or DJ inside, h
so check that out, but it worked great for us. I'm glad to see this place available in our area. Give them a call if your need an event venue.
