Bank of Texas ATM

Bank of Texas is the worst bank in Texas they can't handle a simple name change. And it's been 4 months and they have failed to deliver my debit card, no matter how much I call or visit the branch! They put customers personal information at risk by mailing cards without knowing where to.
The representatives Don't take the time to know or read customers files. They just say whatever will get them off the phone.
What happened to customer service?
If you order a pizza and the guy delivered your pizza to the wrong address? Would you call the same pizza place again????????
Just do yourself a favor and go to a bank where they understand that TIME is MONEY!!!!

Horrible bank they are short staffed and take forever to do EVERYTHING long wait to get a replacement card long wait to confirm it’s you trying to Zelle someone long wait to receive a call back just horrible they have caused such a major inconvenience for me I’m absolutely over it
