Wendy's

I only ordered a drink and medium fry, but they were hot and fresh. I wanted a large drink as I still had over 1oo miles to go, but they only had small lids. The cashier was very sweet. We had small talk while I waited for my hot fries. The lobby and ladies room were clean. The parking lot was clean free from trash. Very accessible parking. Easy entry and exit. Thank you for making my pit stop worthwhile. Will definitely visit again if I'm on that highway.

Fast and fresh. Customer service needs improvement but overall good.

Wendy's has recently become a smug, sassy, awesome girlie on Twitter, love her to death! Food did not disappoint! Also Sulphur Springs site is very clean with excellent staff.

My wife and I were driving back home from a road trip and stopped threw the drive thru. It was quick and the best cooked food from Wendy's we have ever had. So if you were the crew on 9/10/22 around 7pm kudos to you guys. You all deserve a raise.

The food is amazing I like to get the 5$ meal I recommend getting it my order was for pickup and they are quick fast I love it already had my order waiting for me 👏🏻

Hot, fresh and delicious! Some Wendy's are so-so but this one in Sulphur Springs does food right! The spicy chicken sandwich is great and employees are too! Cool atmosphere in there, not only tables and booths but casual seating as well. Nice televisions and some more private seating further in. One of my favorite fast food places to eat in at! Affordable and tasty, give it a try and to inside!

Probably one of the best Wendy's I've been to. Overall, veggies were crisp and fresh. Everything was super hot and fresh and customer service was pretty good

As I slowly encroach becoming a Wendy's savant, I stumble upon this magnificent location. It could very well be its lackluster coordinates in relation to the surrounding concrete automobile pathing, but there were very few patrons in this establishment. That being said, it should not be associated with a lack of quality or service, let alone price. In these important matters, Wendy herself would be quite proud, perhaps jealous even. Our food, while a relatively simple order, was fulfilled with great detail, following any directions I gave to the minute of details. To pair with this exemplary service, the fine young lady behind the counter gave us a bonus sauce and napkins, something often overlooked in less valuable establishments. My sweet icy treat, skillfully crafted and named "The Frosty", was bursting at its seams; none of that filler substance most know as air to be seen by my trembling eye.

All in all, do not allow, nor even entertain, the idea that the lack of patronage merits a blame on the service or deliciousness of the food. Rather allow this wonderfully enchanting burger bar to serve you a meal you can not, nor will not forget.

I've popped through the drive thru several times in a rush to grab something and they've always been super fast, friendly and consistent with the service. That's about all you can ask for. Fast food is fast food.

What happened to the hamburger meat hanging over the edges of the bun??? The "Where's the beef?" lady from the commercials in the 80's and 90's would be disappointed. Ask a Gen X about it. Overall service and flavor were good, but come on Wendy's, Where's the beef?

My burger was a mess, it s like whoever made it doesn't concept how to stack a piece of bread, a patty, a slice of cheese, and put light mayo on the top part of the bun and put that on top and wrap it up without pushing everything to the side and the dab of mayo completely off of the burger! All in all, the food 2as a mess but it was a hot mess and tasted good too! I do suggest using styrofoam cups instead of the plastic ones that your ice melts in, in like 5 seconds.

Can I give six stars??? This was a great Wendy's experience for our lunch stop. They were friendly and attentive and made some grade A sweet tea. The burgers we ate were great as well. I should add this to my favorites and if I drive near Sulfur Springs make sure to stop.

Wendy’s has really stepped up their game! French fries are So much better and crispy. The spicy chicken sandwich was really good. Only wish the bun would have been buttered and toasted a bit like Chick-fil-A does. Wendy’s did go the extra step and put the mayo lettuce and tomato on that chick-fil-A won’t do for anyone, so all in all next time we want a spicy chicken sandwich with dill pickles we will go back to Wendy’s again.

The employees at this Wendy's are very friendly and welcoming. I go in here at least once a week to eat because they make it feel like home. Glenora is so friendly and always asks me how my food was (when business permits it)

Staff was very friendly and quick. I was there late on a long road trip and they really made my evening much better. I got the baconator which was suprisingly cheep for it's size. The total for 4 meals drinks and 2 shakes was $38. They have coca cola freestyle drink machines which are always fun.

The manager was cool! I really enjoyed eating there and they have a sweet coke machine too. Feel free to open carry, they will greet you with a huge smile.
