Walked in today to inquire about plans. Hunter was amazing. Patiently answered all our questions. We decided to switch to Verizon because of the service

I came in today to fix a mistake made in my account at another store. I had a bad experience with a Verizon staff just two days ago. I am glad I picked this store. I met Jason and Stephen, who were both excellent in their service. It took about 2-3 hours to get it done, and the whole time they made me comfortable, we had a nice chat. The previous service I had didn't cover my upgrade options and many benefits I could get. I left the store with my issue resolved and a better service plan than I had to pay the same in my bill. Jason and Stephen made an annoying process much easier to handle and kinda fun. I recommend this store for its excellent service!

Went to the store to activate my sister’s new phone. Stephen was the associate who helped us. We were there for a while but it seemed like minutes. He has amazing customer service skills and was so entertaining. We laughed and learned a lot from him too!! Greatest experience I have had for the longest while. He deserves great praise. Thank you Stephen!!

I forgot his name but the ginger guy with a beard and glasses was very helpful when he didn't even have to be.
My mother-in-law's iphone 13 froze and I didn't know what to do and he helped out and was very patient with her although she was a bit frantic.
He also clearly answered my questions about a cellphone and made suggestions too.

specifically shouting out Stephen G. from here who took magnificent care of three customers at once! All struggling with the new e-sims! he made the hefty wait while everything transferred much more enjoyable with his personality, as well as super helpful on all things Verizon. This location has the best customer service, by far. I should know because I visited 3 different Verizon locations today. Stephen and Jason were extremely helpful. My situation was a little bit challenging, but their patience to find a solution meant a lot. I felt like the outcome mattered to them too. I will definitely recommend my friends to drive to this location if they want to be treated like an actual human being.

OMG!! I just happened to be over by this particular Verizon store and stopped in for a quick fix… not really expecting it to be ‘a quick fix’ since I had spend the better part of two days on the phone with customer care. IT WAS A QUICK FIX!! HUNTER AND STAFF, manager and another employee, were the BEST!! Very professional, very thorough, but what a great laid-back friendly customer service happy go lucky vibe that was in this Verizon store!
It makes me want to go to this particular location that is across town from where I live just because it was that great of a vibe and service inside. Hunter here is a shout out for you you and the other guys made my day today have a great day!!

Stephen went above & beyond for me while I switched from an android to my first iPhone! He’s amazing at his job & super knowledgeable. He made sure I felt good with my purchase before I left the store. If you are dealing with anything Verizon related ask for Stephen at this location he is highly recommended.

Stephen was beyond helpful in upgrading my phone. He made sure that all of the costs were super clear, all of the steps were explained, and guided me through the entire process. He was very patient even though the store was very busy and made sure to help other customers when he could to speed things a long.

The customer service at the store is superb. All the settings and carrier information had been wiped clean off my device and I honestly thought there was no easy way to fix it without having to send my device back to technicians. Fortunately the Hunter and staff at this location is extremely knowledgeable and equipped to take on any Challenge but they fixed it without a hitch. Thanks a bunch for saving me!

Hunter helped us clear up issues that belonged do another associate of the store. We are very happy with the result and I'm glad I switched services with verizon.

I stopped in today to get a phone upgrade. Stephen walked me through the process with patience, humor and he is very detailed oriented. He made sure I was taking care of and made sure he got all the promotions available! #verizonangel

Scott was very helpful with activating my new iPhone. He took the time to explain along with helping answer all my questions about new accessories. The only bad experience was a gentlemen claiming to be the store manager ink g over and was very rude. Scott asked him to come over and help him and without listening to the entire story he said I needed to go to the corporate stairs to return phone. I wasn’t trying to return my new phone, was trying to set it up.

Other than the other man’s unfriendliness and his lack of empathy, Scott was amazing.

I love this location! From the 3 times I’ve been in so far, the staff greeted us right away, didn’t wait long before being helped. Walked out with 2 brand new iPhone 12 Max with an amazing buy 1 get 1 free promotion. Staff is really nice, funny & very helpful. I have had nothing but great experiences.

My husband and I needed new phones. Jennifer was very helpful and courteous. He told her exactly what he wanted from information on the Verizon website. She explained what options there were and what she thought was best for us according to our usage. We even were able to trade in our old phones for credit on products for the new ones we got. She was very attentive during the whole time we were there even though they were busy. We are satisfied with our new phones and the service provided by Jennifer.

I have been having lots of issues with my phone and needed to replace it. I was greeted by a very energetic welcome from the young lady, Haley who was the only associate in the store for the day. She took as much time with me as I needed and listened to my needs. You are very fortunate to have an associate that is as knowledgeable, helpful and professional as Haley.

Stephen was so helpful! He made it super easy to get my phone upgraded and all the information moved over. He's a true #verizonangel and I appreciate how smooth the whole process went.

Overall great experience at this verizon with Stephen upgrading my grandmothers phone! she isn’t very high-tech and Stephen broke it down very simply for her and helped everyone very much and was just very kind and sweet to us! Went in with my old 12 pro max to get the new 14 pro. Mason, Hunter, and last but definitely not least the Verizon Angel helped me out big time. They walked me through all the ins and outs of the new 14 pro and made sure if I needed any extra things for my phone that I was covered.

Stephen gave me the best customer service I have had in years. He is a treasure!! He is so patient and kind. I am the third person in my family to work with him and I can see why they all suggested him. I hope Verizon sees his value and gives him a raise.
