Sun Auto Service

I started going to Sun Auto last year because of proximity to my home and it is easy to schedule service, and I have been very pleased. Diagnosis is straightforward and estimates are fair. They do exactly what they say, with professionalism and honesty.

My only suggestion is to stop recommending service based on mileage. You don’t know what’s been done in the past, and it is misleading for those customers who don’t know much about their vehicle, or have forgotten. The manufacturer manual actually suggests inspection most of the time before service is performed, rather than simply looking at mileage. Y’all flushed my coolant four months prior to my visit, and suggested it again based on mileage.

Sun Auto provides honest and quality care for their customers. There is no sense of trying to be upsold things that may not be necessary. They provide a detailed explanation of why your service is needed and work to help you prioritize the work completed. The young man working at the desk at the 620 location, Colton, was kind and respectful and provided professional service in an easy to understand way.

Very thorough and fast service. I appreciate the detailed notification of items that are in good order as well as those items which will need attention in the near future so I can plan accordingly. Always been happy with the service provided.

I was looking for somewhere close to work because I don’t live in the area. These guys are great! Not only did I find a new place for work, but if I can, I’ll keep my business here whenever possible. They will take care of you!

Excellent and quick service! Rhett is cordial and informative. The service didn’t take nearly as long as expected and I was out within an hour. Always a pleasure dealing with him.

Looking for a new oil change place since my old place went out of business. Took one of my vehicles into Sun today. Very happy with the service and pricing. Colton at the desk is a nice guy. Scheduled my second vehicle for tomorrow. Looks like Sun is my new place.

I got my auto inspection done late in the afternoon. I expected to hear excuses as to why they wouldn’t be able to since it was so late. But they we’re able to get me in and out so fast. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome when it came to customer service. I saw him with other customers as they came in. He treated everyone the same. He even reminded me I could go to the H‑E‑B service center to get my sticker. I live two blocks from my H‑E‑B. Great job!

These guys have consistently been honest and helpful to work with, I feel like I'm getting a straight answer from an expert, not an upsell from a salesman. And then they follow through and do what they say they're going to do. They've become my go-to shop around here. Recommended.

Walter is AMAZING!!! Very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly! I came here because I had a large screw in my tire and I needed to get it repaired. I ended up having to have the tire replaced. He was very thorough in explaining/showing to me why I needed a new tire. I will keep coming back to him for oil changes and anything else that my car needs done. I highly recommend him to anyone needing work done!

Heather and Dominique are the best physical therapist I have ever experienced. They share their education and experience but best of all they listen to yours. With all that said they make a decision with the knowledge that they have gained from both life experience and education to do the best thing for you. I love love ATI 620 Round Rock.

The team are all great. They are fair and truthful. They make you feel safe and welcome. Iv been going to them for two years now. I would highly recommend them to all car owners.

Quick stop down the road on FM 620. While I was waiting for a competitor further down the road to open their doors, Driver's Edge was already open. After asking the competitor on more than one occasion if their Safety Inspector was available (and they never were), Driver's Edge said no problem, the inspector is always available. Much better experience than what I had before. I will definitely go back to Driver's Edge.

Quick update ... recently needed my mother's battery replaced. Driver's Edge assisted me quickly and with great care. If I could do another 5 stars I would. Thank you Driver's Edge!!
