Let me just say that Jessica and Andre are truly gifts from heaven above! After having had issues with the Georgetown location during my initial account nsetup, and all of the driving I had to do in order to receive the products that I had been promised by an associate from another location, my mind is at ease since they handed me back my Texas Driver's License. And their store isn't even the store location that my ID was left. It just so happened that they noticed me and asked if zi had lost my ud⁶⁷w6

I stopped here last week for a problem that my phone had, and Jessica helped me out. Such a nice and helpful employee! She was very helpful and patient with me. She’s the definition of Fantastic Employee!!! She definitely deserves a raise!

My husband and I went into the store looking to buy an iphone to upgrade and Jessica was the only employee working in the store. She was in the middle of helping some customers that were already there when we got there but she helped us as well as another customer that walked in after us all at the same time. Her level of customer service was awesome and something you definitely do not see too much these days. She was attentive, professional and knew how to multitask unlike a lot of other employees that I have encountered. She definitely deserves a raise!!

Stopped by this location yesterday for my disabled sister,she had an old out dated phone that wasn't working,Jessica, and andre helped get her set up for the disability program they have,it's was a challenge but they didn't give up on us we got it done,I worked 35 years in retail in groceries stores and I'm grateful to see that great service still is alive in this location,I was ready to give up,but Jessica and andre did an amazing job,my sister is going through some life changes and these two wonderful people add a plus to her life,I'm a T-Mobile customer,but this cricket location at 300 Mays crossing in round rock hit it out the park.ms.mosley thanks you guys and I owe you guys lunch or something,y'all went well above and beyond for my sister.thanks again, and God bless you guys.

They're always very helpful and I had a minor problem which was fixed within minutes and I was out of there! Highly recommend cricket anyway I've been with them for several years!
