And with that being said I just love the Lil Oasis with all my heart.

This has been a wonderful place for me to live and raise my now three and a half year old daughter. She has made friends here that will probably be in our lives now for the rest of our lives. And I have formed some lifelong friendships here as well. We keep all of the riff Raff away from here so you don't have strays roaming in and out of here if there's someone here that don't belong here the manager makes it a point to ask him you know what were y'all doing here what's your name or whatever if you don't belong here then stay away. And that's unlike a lot of other RV homes that I've seen that just got people roaming in and out of there freely and all hours of the night. Well, not here.

Here are just a few of the bulletin points in which I must say and add that is the reason why I love here.
* Tom and Nancy are the owners and they are very professional when handling business. There are some of the nicest people you have ever met in your life and they really care about the well-being of every individual that lives here. I have seen them go out of their way on numerous occasions to help the next tenant whenever they can. Tom puts his heart and soul into this place and you could tell as you drive through and see the beautiful scenery in which you will observe as you'll drive on through.

* The place is clean and safe to raise a family. There is a noise ordinance after 10:00 p.m. which I am in favor of as well because most of us people have to get up and go to work everyday. And so that rule is enforced and it's just lovely here..

So there have been a few negative reviews about the place but I can attest that the people who wrote those reviews are just people who were booted out because they did not pay the rent but other than not paying the rent I have not seen Tom ever kick anybody out of here or do anybody unfairly. He is one of the most stand-up individuals you have ever met. He is to me what an man should be in the unwritten book of what a man should be.

I recommend this park as a nice place to live. Tom and Nancy keep the park maintained and take care of issues quickly, be it maintanance or troublesome residents. When I was living there, I had very few concerns which were handled quickly. I was always treated with respect. The people were friendly. I am still friends with several of them as well as with Tom and Nancy. Their manager, Linda is top notch. It is a good place with good people who have fun and take care of each other. The park was clean, quiet and friendly.

I have lived here almost 9 years, very good place to live. No more drugs in the park and for that I am thankful. Single mothers live here with their kids and feel safe. A few old codgers in the park but hey, we are always busy to help new people, want all to feel at home. Tom the owner is an incredibly nice person with the upmost respect here, and i am sure you will feel the same. Come see us, rent a pad or a trailer and enjoy your stay in the piney woods.

Park is extremely clean and maintained. All sites have cement pads wide enough to park and still have seating room. Neighbors were friendly and park was quiet. Owner is very nice and friendly.

Lived here for 7 months. Neighbors are nice. The park owner is nice guy bought me lunch one time and gave me a ride when my vehicle was broke down. Definitely would live here again.

Love it. Management is super nice and works with the tenants. Maintenance problems are always fixed promptly. Its very quiet neighborhood and people are friendly. NO DRAMA!!! Great place to stay!!!

Our park is absolutely beautiful the neighbors are friendly most everyone gets along . It’s safe and it’s home and we’re always here for each other.
