So much in such a small place. It is very organized and clean. Love the food court as well. If you are not familiar with spices you might need to use an app or google to translate it for you or ask just about anyone around. They are friendly and helpful. Great prices and make sure to look in the freezer section for some yummy samosa or other treats. The housewares section is a bit overwhelming with cooking utensils that you didn’t know you had been living without. Best not to go in hungry or you might try to get one of everything. The meat counter is amazing too.

This review is very specifically for the the food courts that there are in this Indian Supermarket. They sell ready to eat food here, and they are really yummy! My favorite food here is SAMOSA, goodness, the Samosa here are so delicious with rich flavor, spices, and golden deep fried that I think is the BEST 🤤 that I’ve tasted so far. It’s really convenient because I do not have to wait long for my order. I also see they sell sugar cane juice, which I will try very soon.😊 I like the instant Masala chai that I bought at this market as well. I highly recommend this place, it’s worth to check it out😊👍

This place serves great breakfast starting at 10am on weekedays. Includes idlies and dosas. The idlies were real soft and fresh.

Saw an ad for a mango lassi bottled drink on the storefront window I wanted for a quick snack. I ended up on a mango kick and got a mango ice pop as well. It was pretty good! Really hit the spot. I saw there was a hot food stand near the exit after I already bought my lunch ice pop. Next time!

I think if I ever need spices, I'll come here. I saw a huge selection as I walked through.

The freezer section had frozen gulab jamón I'm excited to try later and see if it tastes the same!

I also bought some British chocolate cookies called Bon bons. They taste exactly like I expected and have a lot of cookies per individually wrapped package.

Good Indian grocery shop in Austin.Manpasand in North Austin is bigger than the South Austin.
Veggies are fresh to pick and there's an separate section for household & pooja items.
Home made Chappathis are available to pick up and fresh stocks are stacked up every Thursday.
Multiple rice varieties for briyani/cutlery items/coffee powder/Indian cosmetic items like vicco/Dabur are also available

A grocery shop with good service and care for customers. They have got all varieties of South Asian food, mainly focusing on Indian. Veggies are fresh most of the time. Fresh rotis are my favourite. The prices are reasonable. Staff is helpful and respectful.

This is a well stocked store. You can pretty much find everything you need under one roof for all things for Indian/Pakistani/Bengali cooking etc. They even had fresh sugarcane juice which was a treat on the hot summer day we visited! The staff was polite helpful and happy to help!

I visited the Indian grocery store Manpasand yesterday and I was amazed by the variety and quality of spices they had. They had everything from basic spices like cumin, turmeric, coriander, and garam masala to exotic ones like cardamom, saffron, fenugreek, and asafoetida. The spices were fresh, fragrant, and colorful, and they came in different sizes and packages. I bought some spices to make my own curry powder and I was very satisfied with the result. The store also had a lot of other Indian products, such as lentils, rice, flours, snacks, ready-to-eat meals, teas, and sweets. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they gave me some tips on how to use the spices. The prices were reasonable and the store was not clean but organized. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who loves Indian food or wants to try something new.

There are many mixed reviews regarding the nonveg to be halal and the non veg has little blood oozing from it, but I have not faced issues. So comments for now. Overall it's good with loads of options to choose from.

I think this market is way better than the middling reviews make it out to seem. The store is very well stocked with several different brands of any spice you might need. It is mostly well laid out especially for the amount of stock they have on hand. The prices are good. For instance red onions here are almost half as much as they are at HEB. Frozen breads are well priced. Paneer is around 7 dollars a pound. Rice is much cheaper than a grocery store's and of course higher quality. Their produce is pretty fresh throughout except for things you would expect a small market to be unable to compete in (winter season tomatoes arriving ripe, etc.)

The main thing I wanted to convey in the review is the staff are very helpful for the limited english many speak. If you know what a spice is called they will be able to point you towards it. If you can pantomime a kitchen appliance's function they could lay hands on it or answer questions about it. There is plenty of parking, they let you put your items in boxes, and the cashiers are prompt. Good experience.

This is the biggest store. It’s also the busiest for a reason. The grime inside reminds you of actual desi Kirana shops and I don’t think it’s as bad as some reviews make it out to be.

In the reviews there was one person complaining of getting cardboard boxes to carry things and that 25 cents for carry bags is too much but the same person would happily take the same boxes from Costco.

I think this is the best one on west side of N Austin. Granted it is crowded on weekends. But most I like about this store is 1) They have price tags for MOST ITEMS - unbelievable, most Indian shops give up on maintaining/updating price tags constantly. These guys do it and they are correct. 2) Vegetables are fresh. 3) Lot of non-grocery Indian items too.

It's worth noting that the availability of products may vary depending on the specific location and the store's inventory. Therefore, it's always a good idea to contact the supermarket directly or visit their website to get accurate and up-to-date information about their product offerings, operating hours, and any additional services they may provide.

Such a supermarket would also likely stock a wide range of ready-to-eat items, such as frozen foods, snacks, and desserts, including popular items like samosas, pakoras, and sweets like gulab jamun or jalebi. You might also find a selection of halal-certified dairy products, including yogurt, cheese, and ghee (clarified butter). Non-food items like halal personal care products, spices, and kitchen utensils may also be available.
