Online process was pretty smooth and easy. Had a good discount rate going on following day came into the main office. Associate manager was able to help me get access to the building and space super easy. New building is a great addition very happy with the service I was provided with the discount rates at the moment .

My experience today was amazing. Not only did I get my storage unit transfer situated, I had a great time doing so. It was one of the rare times a business transaction turned into a pleasant experience.

Very smooth and fast process renting a storage unit. Ron was knowledgeable and efficient getting the unit rented for me. Also delayed his lunch to help me get situated as quickly as possible with my movers. A+

Pete was great! He really helped us to make the best decision on our storage needs while understanding our plans are indefinite. He was flexible with us when we changed our mind on units and ensured that we felt good with our choice.

We chose Life Storage at 1431/Sam Bass because it was a convenient location in between our old house and our new home, and we are very happy with our experience. The people working there are really nice and helpful. We needed it for about 7 months while we were moving from one house to our new home. I always felt like they were genuinely interested in accommodating our needs every step of the way. They showed me several units they had available and helped me chose the best one for our needs. They even allowed us to terminate the rental with only 3 days notice, even though they usually request 10 days or so. I would use this storage place again in a heartbeat my if I ever needed it. Highly recommend this place. Temperature controlled and there were always roller carts available at the door. And they are about to open a brand new building as well. Thank you so much!

Pete was super helpful, made the leasing process super easy and quick. I had quite a few questions that he answered and offered his assistance any time should I have any other questions. He came off over the phone as super kind and professional. Grateful for his assistance and thoroughness.

Easy process to get a unit and moved in. Very clean and simple. Pete was very helpful upon getting the unit and even made sure our unit door would be wide enough before assigning a random one. Would recommend!

The best part of the Life Storage facility at 1431 & Sam Bass Road are the front desk staff. I initially worked with Ron, who was friendly and helpful in setting us up for move-in. He gave us unit that is convenient and clean and easily accessible from 2 different doors.

Later, I had a different issue arise and worked with Pete. Pete was diligent in doing the research needed to address the situation, always calling back when he said he would, and we resolved the matter.

I recommend Life Storage w/o reservation and am especially appreciative of Pete’s high level of customer service.

Pete & Ron were absolutely amazing! I couldn’t recommend this life storage enough. I was a few days late on moving out and they refunded me the entire month! I didn’t even have to ask! This place is great easy to get to and 24/7! Definitely give it a shot!

Very easy and smooth process to rent. I reserved online and Pete contacted me promptly. I elected for an onsite visit before contracting and found the complex clean and organized. The contracting process was quick.

No one wants to move or to have to store things, but if you do I recommend Life Storage in Round Rock on 1431. Ron and Pete were the absolute best. Always pleasant and helpful with answering questions, sorting through move in/out dates, and really being stragic in helping find the best size units and locations to best meet our needs!! Life Storage on Sam Bass and 1431 is fantastic. The place is clean and secure! When I lost my keys to my lock, they made great efforts for me to get into my storage facility in plenty of time for the scheduled movers! Thank you so much Life Storage!

Pete was so helpful in quickly and efficiently locking in a preferred unit for us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the property, what was available, and answered all the questions I had. We were able to get a promotional rate and have everything locked in within 10min, while juggling a newborn. :) No issues with accommodating a moving van. Looking forward to this location being a convenient location for us.

We processed our rental online. Super easy and quick! Went in to pick up our key, and Pete was there to assist us. We were unsure of the size, and he was super patient and flexible with us in finding the perfect unit.
