I was stressed about choosing the right place to buy a new mattress and I’m so thankful that I was recommended to go here. Dirk and Staci were incredibly helpful and they put me at ease. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. It was a quick process but they weren’t rushing me at all. The entire thing was very painless, I got an amazing financing deal, and they offered to deliver literally in two days. Many places take much longer. Very happy with my experience!

Amazing selection and top notch customer service. I got a great deal at a great price. The team was friendly and they truly wanted me to get the best mattress available regardless of price.

We were looking for a solution for our noisy box springs on our twin beds. The sales agent, Bruce, suggested a platform type of bed frame where you eliminate the box springs and put the mattress directly on the platform. The cost was reasonable and we are happy with this arrangement. Thank you for a great idea.

Staci was wonderful! She listened carefully to our needs and concerns, then made recommendations that absolutely worked for us. She is clearly knowledgeable, giving us the pros and cons for each option.

Mattress firm was great to deal with in the purchase. We had some concerns and questions a couple months in and Stacy went vibe and beyond to help us. Overall great experience.

Very straightforward. Manager Staci was great. We found what we wanted on a Friday. Went home, measured, made sure of choices, went back and bought on Sunday. Perfect!

Staci made our experience in buying Mattresses to a total different level. She went above and beyond (literally I mean it) to make our experience as smooth as possible.

We had to swap the new mattress after 30 days as we were not able to break it to suit us. Even after swapping the mattress out didn’t work out. At this point Staci started analyzing the problem by understanding the mattress we had in the past (top of the line Tempur-pedic) and now going to regular mattress May not be the right choice.

She recommended hybrid mattress (a bit pricy than regular) and gave us the best deal on it.
I would recommend this store location (near Lakeline Mall) for anyone who is still discovering the perfect mattress to have a good night sleep

This was my first time purchasing from Mattress Firm and I would recommend this location to others. Staci was awesome from her help within the store to her help with placing my order online.

Our Sleep Expert Mera was so helpful. She listened and directed us to the perfect(I hope) mattress for us. She was knowledgeable and was very kind, espcially considering we arrived 10 minutes before closing. The mattress will be delivered tomorrow 🙌

when i entered into the mattress firm today i was not expecting to walk away with such a wonderful experience. i now understand how i like my bed. more than ever. and douglas the gentleman who helped me was what some could call a mattress shaman. real pillow talk but he found the place for me to rest. thank you. but no for real douglas was awesome and i’m excited about my bed. thanks for the help and being so great at customer service!

Worked with Mera, who gave us tons of time and attention. She really gave the store a home vibe. Let me relax and have a chats with her about what I wanted and expected from a bed. I felt very understood and at home. She stayed late and helped us finish up our transaction and we chatted about life, sleeping, and the local allergies. Really excellent experience..I would come back just to hang and have coffee with her.

Bruce was great and didn't try to upsell me. He was happy to sell me the mattress I found on the website.

Shia and Staci have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They were both very attentive and listened to my interests and concerns.

Nate was so friendly and made me and my daughter feel comfortable. I came back to this store specifically to deal with him and instead got Teddy. Then Teddy was so nice! He was so knowledgeable. I told him about the deals I found elsewhere and he did his research and got me such an awesome deal on an adjustable bed and kingsdown mattress. I shopped around at Factory Mattress(blah..read my review for them), mattress one (Dom was awesome and sweet and made me feel so comfortable, and could get me an awesome deal..but didn’t have the perfect mattress for me), rooms to go(which had buy one get one free), and sleep number. Teddy spend so much time the THIRD time I went back and he really helped me decide but without pressure. We even talked about our families, which made me feel even more comfortable. He had several customers come in while working with me and made sure to come back in focus on my needs. I felt bad for him because he was the only one working and the lady after me was getting so annoyed. Teddy made sure to give credit to Nate since he’s the reason I came back a second time. Thanks guys for my awesome deal and I can’t wait to get the mattress and adjustable in my BIRTHDAY! I also can’t wait to sleep with my husband again (if you know what I mean..)
