I had the pleasure of staying here in August 2023. I believe they were fairly newly opened but I had a wonderful experience. I had a little trouble at check in but the person helping me fixed it up quickly and I was able to get my room. The location is unbeatable and the hotel was well maintained. The real shining star for me is the manager Robert! He followed up regarding my check in/payment issue and we got everything squared away. The fact that he took the time to speak to me personally in such a kind and professional manner won me over. I WILL be staying here again the next time I am in town for work or family gatherings. Thank you again Robert!

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
The front desk attendee/manager- Erkan and Shaina were very professional. We stayed at the property over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the staff tried their best to make everyone's stay comfortable while spending Christmas away from their families.

One of the hotel guests showed up late for breakfast and was being rude to the hotel staff. I was impressed by Shaina's ability to handle the situation professionally and avoid altercations.

The hotel’s staff are awesome and friendly. especially Veronic, she is doing great job with the customers and she always welcome the customers with a happy smile. she is very collaborated. the service performance is always on time, the hotel and the rooms are very big and organized.
personally, I encourage every one to get the reservation in the Home2 suites hotel.

We had to do an extended stay for 2 weeks with a large dog! Liz, Vernic and the entire staff are awesome. Even though they are extremely short staffed it never showed. The hotel was always super clean, morning breakfast was always on point.
I am truly a Holton Home.2 client now!

It was my daughter's birthday and we decided to visit Kalahari in Austin. We had to stay in Home2Suite by Hilton , where Ms. LIZ was the receptionist , she was excellent, we did enjoy our stay more because of her remarkable customer service. My children were all WOW...of her service. We do appreciate your time and effort to make our stay homely. Thank you Ms. LIZ for your wonderful customer and human relation and for sure Home2Suite by Hilton will always be our hotel in Austin. Thank you!

Kane is the heart of this hotel. My family has been staying here for a few weeks and Kane has been an assist the whole time. He is so kind and has a great personality. He has made our stay here feel so at home and welcome anytime of the day. My whole family loves Kane. When it’s not busy we just have the most genuine conversation. Thank you to Kane for making our stay here beyond amazing.

Alexis was professional when I checked on March 22, 2023. They were remodeling the hotel but it was not noisy. . It was very friendly and clean place. The other person who replaced Alexis was professional also I think his name was Gabe. Room was clean and they had fresh coffee when we checked in at 5pm. My husband loves coffee anytime of the day.

This was my first time here and I liked it! Very easy check in and they were accommodating when I asked for a room on a lower level than what they had ready for me. They have a little small market area next to the desk which is nice if you don't feel like going to a big store. They also have a gym and a pool which are great amenities. Breakfast is also served in the morning, so no need to go out and get breakfast if you just want to stay in the hotel.

We loved the huge room and all of the amenities it came with. I think our favorite was the remote control to get the blinds up and down. The beds were wonderful and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay and a great hotel.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful lobby, large clean rooms, perfect for enjoying meals in your room or working. Nice breakfast set up with breakfast sandwiches included that you don't see everywhere. Since Temps were in the 100s they also had a refreshing drink dispenser out to help beat the heat. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return to see Veronic and her staff again.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff was so friendly. The room was great. We had a full kitchen minus the stove/oven, and the shower was amazing. I loved that we got a card with all the information such as checkin/checkout time, wifi password, pool and breakfast hours, and workout room hours. The breakfast was delicious one of the best breakfasts I've eaten at a hotel. The only bad thing was the pool was cold. I highly recommend this place!
