I accidentally gave the wrong delivery address to D'Kache, and they went out of their way to make sure my arrangement reached my family member. I can't say enough about how kind they are. The arrangement was beautiful and appreciated.

I cannot recommend this shop more! I ordered a bouquet for my grandmother's birthday and she absolutely loved them. I put the address incorrect when ordering and they called to make sure they were able to fix my error. Fantastic customer service and kind and considerate people. The flowers were gorgeous and arranged so beautifully. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I live in San Antonio and all my family is in the midland Odessa area and I've been using D'Kache for all of the birthdays and holidays for a while now. I placed a same day delivery order and Michelle called me to let me know that my original arrangement was smaller than it looked online and asked if she could change (no charge) to something bigger. I gave her the okay to do whatever she felt was right and she came through. My mom loved her flowers, they are vibrant and gorgeous. If I lived in Odessa I'd use her exclusively.

Amazing arrangement. Was much more elaborate than I expected. Very easy to order, with timely notification of order delivery. Will definitely recommend.

I do not live in Texas but wanted to support local. I called and spoke to a very friendly person who took great care of me and made a gorgeous arrangement with my budget for my friends birthday. I let her be creative as I had that feeling she would make something special. The extra customer service she gave by sending me a photo was over the top and my friend Patti loved it. She has now gained two new customers. Thank you!!

Always great customer service. I had a problem where they did not see my order come in the morning for a same day delivery. I called in the afternoon and they confirmed that i had ordered but they did not see the order that morning. All deliveries had gone out for that day but they went ahead and owned it, rushed to get the arrangement done and out within 20 minutes so that my daughter could get them the same day! That is great customer service to me. I have ordered from them on several occasions and this was the first hiccup however they took care of it like a business that aims to put their customers first. Highly recommend them to anyone needing flowers for that special occasion!

The customer service here is wonderful, and so are the floral arrangements! Michelle worked with our schedule and met with us on a day the shop was closed. They made the most beautiful arrangements for us in a short amount of time, for a great price. Highly recommend.

I just ordered flowers for a good friend who lost her husband. Michelle was an absolute sweetheart. She helped me with everything!! The flowers were beautiful!! I would highly recommend this Florist!!

I have used them twice. Both times I asked them to do what they thought best and told them a little about the person and situation. Both times I got more than I expected. They are fast and they are very talented. I wouldn’t use any other flower shop in Odessa at this point.

I was nervous as I have never ordered flowers locally in odessa. I went through many websites, some expensive and some looked very cheap. Ultimately I thought this was the one. The order process was easy, I did everything online and you can leave a tip for the delivery driver. The order did arrive a day early, HOWEVER it snowed a bit on the day it was delivered and the next day was supposed to be worst so I imagine the weather pushed the delivery date. Either way, the lady who delivered it was awesome. She knocked several times in the freezing cold, until my girlfriend ran downstairs to finally answer the door lol but the flowers came out AMAZING. My girlfriend loves tulips and they were the only place I could find with a nice tulip set and they came out AWESOME. I will definitely be ordering through here again, and if it's your first time try these guys out they did amazing.

I just placed another order with Michelle. D'Kache is the only floral shop that I will deal with for the past year. I tell Michelle she has full control, the only thing I tell her is either favorite color, or flower. I have dealt with other floral shops in the past, and no one comes close to Michelle's creativity or time efficiency. Thank you Michelle for always taking care of me.
