McKinney Park

Really nice park fall festival going on there right now oct 21 2023 lots of attractions food trucks, entertainers, fire trucks, bounce houses, drive thru light show at night. Also during Christmas holidays the park is super lit up beautiful. Also has a splash water park and across the highway the park has Frisbee golf, walking trails, and a large lake with ducks too feed.

This is a nice little spot that runs along rt 20. If you walk under route 20 there is another part that connects. It has a different name and a pond. We stayed at the Holiday inn in the distance not knowing that these two parks were walking distance. You can literally park at one and just walk to the other park . Walking under a route 20 has a real urban feel with all the graffiti.

This was BRIGHT and exciting. The wait to get in was roughly 20-25 minutes, but so worth the wait. The animated lights were sequenced perfectly. If you didn't get a chance to go this past Christmas season, I highly suggest driving through next season...and FYI: make sure everyone hits the bathroom 🚻 beforehand. It makes it a much better experience without those shaking legs, LOL! Enjoy!!

Great place to take my 4 big dogs. 4 huge softball/baseball fields. Well maintained and very friendly place.

The Starbright Village was impressive! They've added more lights since the last time I was in town for Christmas. It's a nice drive, but depending on the night be prepared for long lines. The OPD does a great job of managing the traffic - it's the obnoxious drivers you need to watch. Many drivers turn off their lights while driving through the exhibit. Sometimes there isn't much to do in Odessa, so this is definitely a good way to pass the time.

Really great light display! Be patient, lots of traffic.

Large beautiful park with a playground for the children, a sprayground that is open for the summer (closed now), a softball field, volleyball nets, tennis courts, and plenty of benches and picnic tables.

This was our first time enjoying the lights at the park. Looking forward to may more years for this. It was very festive and creative we really enjoyed it.

My daughter loves this park. Lots of room to run and play.

We were passing by and decided to go back and going through the park in car. We were able to see the Christmas lights and listen to the Christmas music through the radio.

Always have lots of fun here

This has turned into an annual tradition for us, it is a great (and free) time everytime. I highly recommend picking carefully the times you plan on visiting or you may end up having to park deep in the neighborhood and spend a lot of time trying not to get run over.

This year we went on New Years Eve, and it was empty. Best time we have had at the lights in awhile.

The Starbright Village was awesome! They've added lots of new stuff.

We went to see the Christmas lights. Even though it wasn't huge, each display got more ooooh's and aaaah's than the last. There were areas set up to take pics and/or videos with the kids and the kids at heart. It was a fun time for the whole family.
Clean facilities and people working during Christmas display were very friendly and helpful. Security was present during event too.

Went there to look at the Christmas lights displayed at the city puts on every year. They are very beautiful and wonderful just to drive through and watch the beautiful lights. If you want to go out somewhere with your family this is a nice place to go.

The lights were so fun to look at. Such a great time for our family. ❤
