We have lived in the Belleville area for 18 years and have made several furniture purchases. We have looked at other stores but always end up buying from Mueller. Their prices and Customer Service have always been wonderful but yesterday Mark Mueller and Rebecca Toller went way above anything we could have dreamed. My Mother, 86, purchased a lift chair in Sept 2023 that was too big for her 5ft frame. She has multiple back issues and has great difficulty getting around. Mark's first response upon hearing she was not happy with her purchase was "let's get her into a chair that makes her comfortable and happy". Rebecca took his response and ran with it. They allowed us to order a new, petite lift chair in exchange for the current chair with the only cost being a service plan I decided to purchase. Even that can be exchanged for a store credit if we don't use it in 5 years. How amazing is this story?!? We are so grateful to the folks at Mueller and will be customers for life! This is clearly the leader among St.Louis area furniture stores. I love doing biz with Mueller Furniture. They have a huge selection, reasonable prices and and excellent staff. Delivery is way more timely and efficient than the national chains. Their online responsiveness is remarkable. Rebecca, the online rep is amazing. I love doing business with Mueller Furniture!

We purchased a new bedroom set and mattress from here and couldn’t be happier. Angela was amazing helping us sort out everything we wanted and needed, including helping us pick out the perfect Tempur Pedic mattress, and on the day of our delivery our deliverymen were professional, courteous, and on time. Rebecca Kovalski and Mueller Furniture are awesome! We have worked with Rebecca on several rooms and are exceptionally happy. Her level of knowledge about her furniture is highly professional and she always helps us find the perfect pieces. Buying local in Belleville is very nice but also buying very high quality, American made furniture makes the experience even better. Rebecca has always taken the time and has the experience to suggest furniture and fabrics that really stand out! We have stopped searching St Louis as we always find something better here.

I bought a FlexSteel recliner 3 years ago from Mueller. It stopped working. They scheduled a service call.
Brian showed up on time, assessed the issue and fixed it in record time. Nothing but praises for Mueller and Brian all experiences professional and helpful.

Rebecca is Awesome. She has such a wonderful tableside manner to help couples make the tough design decisions that come with furnishing a home. Garrett, out at Ellisville, is pretty good too. But when the two work together, BAMM!! That's when the magic happens!!

Margie Imming did a wonderful job on explaining the different bedding your company carried and helped us decide what choice would be best for us. Delivery staff did a great job on setting up our bed. Very professional staff 👍

I had great service. We were greeted by a great sales staff member. Rebecca took time with us and gave us all our options. She showed us many choices to help make our decision. She is very knowledgeable about the products and the companies she is selling. Would be glad to give her name to others and will be back to see her when we are in need of other pieces for our home.

Rebecca K. was our sales person when we were looking to purchase a recliner. She was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all the questions we had. In our opinion the most important quality of a salesperson is to not hover, but yet not disappear. Rebecca displayed the perfect balance.
