Giggles Play

I feel so lucky that we get to have Giggles in our neighborhood! Jess is incredible (how does she remember every child’s name?) and she creates dynamic play spaces so that each time we visit there’s both the comfort of what we’ve enjoyed before and excitement for the new setups. As a mom, I feel like I always leave with a meaningful tip from her. It’s also been great to meet new families there and reconnect with other parents while the kids explore. I appreciate that it’s stocked with the kinds of toys I’d love to splurge on but don’t feel I have to because we can just go to Giggles.

I took my daughter to giggles play to an event. She absolutely loved playing with all of the toys and climbing. Her favorite part was climbing. The front of the place was super cute with flower painted windows, benches, and little cubbies to place shoes. The gate at the front was a great touch, i'm so used to chasing my toddler everywhere. It was nice to have an enclosed space to let her run around and not have to hover. The owner was very personable and really good with the kids. There was so many different areas to play, I would definitely recommend.

I’m so thrilled to welcome Giggles Play to our community. Jess has built a beautiful space with a gorgeously curated selection of toys to promote independent play. My two year old was completely engrossed for the two plus hours we spent here. I was so happy to see my son exploring and using his imagination without getting overwhelmed or bored. It’s really the perfect balance for toddlers and young children. Highly recommend checking them out!

Giggles is the absolute best play space for young kids that I’ve seen so far. My daughters are 2 and a half and 5 and a half and they love it. It’s clean, has a calm atmosphere, and has never been too crowded when we’re there. I’m a Montessori teacher and the play space is as close as a play space can be to Montessori inspired. The toys provide learning experience through hands on exploration and discovery and most of them are made out of natural materials like wood. There are also plenty of opportunities for gross motor and fine motor play so kids can still burn that crazy kid energy by climbing, lifting, jumping, etc. I love that the space is one big room so that I can see my kids wherever they are and never lose track of them. We have also brought snacks or meals with us and I love that the adults and/or kids can eat and play as they please. It feels like home in this way. Literally, my only complaint is that it’s 25min away from my house because if it was 5min away, we’d probably go daily. 😅Thank you, Jess for creating such a wonderful space and sharing it with families like ours.

We loved being able to celebrate our daughter’s 3rd birthday party at Giggles! We love how welcoming, calming, and engaging the space is! The layout makes it easy to watch children and let them play. Jess is amazing and so helpful. She really understands the needs of young children and their caregivers! So many families reached out to let us know how much fun their children had and how much they loved being at Giggles. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had the pleasure of hosting our son’s 2nd birthday at Giggles, and we cannot say enough great things about the facility and the owner, Jess! It’s a wonderful, clean space with so many different toys and activities for a spectrum of ages, infant and up. We are looking forward to frequenting Giggles in the future, especially in the upcoming winter months. And big thank you to Jess for her quick communication and helpfulness in assisting with our event!

Great play space for toddlers! Everything is organized (until the toddlers make a mess of it, of course) and there are tons of options to keep little ones busy. Everything is wooden/montessori-style, so it's much more of a calm environment than other kid play zones. They also have a wonderful capacity limit that prevents the place from being a zoo, which I GREATLY appreciate as a parent. Just wish there were a few more places for the parents to sit (other than the floor)!

My daughter recently attended a class series at Giggles Play, and she had a great time! The space is very clean and welcoming and the toy selection is excellent for my 2 year old. I highly recommend Giggles as a play space for your toddler.

We LOVE giggles! My 14 month old loves playing there - we have a membership and she goes to play multiple times a week! Jess is also the absolute best and nicest human there is! I feel so lucky we have Giggles in the neighborhood!

We love going to giggles! I can let my daughter run and play while I find a relaxing spot or play with her. There’s lots of open play options. The owner Jess is so helpful and friendly. They also have great events!

We love Giggles as a warm, friendly place to escape the cold! It's clean, bright and calm with areas for kids of different ages to explore. I don't think we could survive another winter without it!

Giggles is a great addition for the Highland Park/Highwood area! Our two year old loves this space and I appreciate that it’s smaller and a less chaotic energy so I feel comfortable letting her explore on her own more.

Our favorite play space! It’s unlike any play space in the area… it’s calm, welcoming, and so fun for both my 6 year old and 1 year old! Plus the owner is extremely kind. Highly recommended!

We love Giggles!! Incredible addition to the community for families with babies and toddlers. The owner is so nice and really cares about creating a space for children to learn and play.

I visited here with my two young children (ages 2 and 3). Both kids had a blast! There are toys for all ages. The set up is calming, not overwhelming and the staff is friendly. I love that this place is open afternoons and weekends! We are so lucky to have a business like this in our community. I can’t wait to bring my kids back!

This place is so wonderful! We are here visiting from out of town and I was looking for a nice safe play environment for my very high energy toddler. This place was exactly what we were looking for. There is a lot of different toys and activities that allow a child to use their imagination and don’t have one rigid use. I also really love that this space very welcoming to all kids including those with special needs. Upon our arrival for the first time we were given a warm greeting by Jess and Mely. Every inch of this place is designed with kids in mind. We plan on making a trip here every time we visit from now on.

A beautiful space full of wonderful interactive play areas. I love coming here with other friends and children since it is such a nice area to hang out in. I also appreciate that the price is for full day so we can come and go. Bonus points that owner Jessica is so friendly!!
