Mary is a pure delight to work with and very knowledgeable.

Office is hard to find; badly signposted. Wasn't open at 9.30am on a Wednesday and her hours weren't posted. Then was very short to the point of rudeness when I did finally connect with her over the phone.

This agent was very rude!! I have never received such poor customer service! I called to get information referencing adding my daughter to an auto policy . I was looking to start a new policy with state farm..She suggested I speak with my current company, and stated her policy would be very costly...that wasn't for her to decide! She then said I have to go and hung up! I only called her because she was located in Palos Park! Big mistake!!!! Mean, Old, Rude and Bitter is the best way to describe her!!!!
