Scott Kraus is the best. Customer service is fantastic. Knowledge about cars is great. The work that he does he stands behind completely and he is very fair priced. He will always give you the best price he can and always will try to work with you.

A co-worker recommended Kraus Automotive when I was recently looking for an automotive repair shop. (My daughter thought her car was making a funny noise.) Kraus was able to get the car in while she was home from school. They were honest and told me that there was nothing wrong with her car. They also drove it several different times trying to locate any problems. While it was in we also had some routine maintenance done on the car and I found the prices to be fair and reasonable. I appreciate their prompt, courteous and honest service and I will definitely be using them for all of our family car repair needs in the future.
