The customer service I received from Brian at this store was top notch! After moving half way across the country and having issues with a Virginia mechanic (no NAPA mechanics in this area) honoring a part warranty I spoke with Brian and he helped me figure out what I could do to get the part replaced. I was amazed at how awesome the customer service was even I was hundreds of miles away and no longer lived in Carbondale. Five stars!

Man named Brad waited on me and he gave me excellent service and was very pleasant. He built a hydrolic line for me and it was perfect. At other places when I ask for more repair they let you know you are a bother.

Napa is a good place to go for parts. If they don't have it they can get it most of the time. 👍 great inventory for lots of machinery. Friendly staff and quick turnaround on questions or answers for your problem.

Napa always seems to have what I need. Where so many other stores have stopped carrying the typical products we use I find Napa extremely helpful. Would highly recommend to anybody
