I got sick of my previous carrier. I went to Verizon to check my options. Xavier made sure that I got the best deal on the smartest plan. He also gave us honest feedback on products. Was very informative about the products, features, and services. I am glad that I went to Verizon when I did. I would recommend this person and his services for certain

I went in after switching to Verizon but my old iPhone was starting to die super quick. Brandon g got me into a new iPhone and did all the work for me. I was in and out within an hour (transferring my stuff from one phone to another took a long time)

Nate at the Verizon store in Burton is the man! SUPER friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and accommodating! We will definitely come to see him again when it's time for new phones.

After multiple attempts & hours trying to transfer my husband’s phone Xavier made it happen the experience was painless. I appreciate the positive experience once again at the Burton store.

We were treated so well and had an excellent experience getting a new phone and adding a new line. Tiffany knew exactly what to do and call for transferring from another carrier. She even stayed 30 minutes past her shift to make sure everything was set up and transferred correctly and stayed friendly and patient the entire time.

Everyone at this location is amazing Xavier, Brandon, And Nick are all awesome guys. Always helpful and always willing to explain things when needed. Favorite Verizon store.

If you're looking for for a new phone or device, stop and ask for Tiffany. She is very helpful as well as knowledgeable. She can answer questions as well as help with technical problems. I recommend her with confidence.

Joslin helped us out and was amazing! I had an issue with my SIM card and my 5G and Joslin got everything fixed within minutes. She also helped us fix a problem with our watches that we have had since we first got them. Thank you so much Joslin, you are amazing and one of the reasons we will stick with Verizon!

Joslin was on her game handling the whole office. Making sure everyone was greeted and moving through customers quickly along with making sure their needs were completely satisfied. Pretty sure she can work circles around everyone else there. She should probably be a Regional manager. And will be shortly I'm sure.
