I will gladly recommend you to everyone I know. Friendly and helpful always. The front desk, technicians and the new dentist I had was great. I wish that I remembered her name. Pretty sure you know who she was. Hopefully she's there when I return in October for my 6 month check-up. Keep up the good work. You guys are simply the best. I hated going to the dentist. But not any more. This is the way it should be. Thank-you very much.

Everyone is always pleasant and have yet to see a patient even appear upset over the visit or the employees. It’s clean, well lit, and televisions and or music on. I’ve never had a problem making an appointment or had an issue with them explaining insurance requirements and coverage. The Dentist and aids are friendly, professional, and thorough. I would recommend to anyone.

I love this place. I recommended it to other family members. All the staff is friendly and they help you understand what’s going on in layman’s terms. Also, the offices are always kept very clean. I’m very happy that they are our family’s dentistry experts. 5 Stars for sure!

Overall my first visit was very professional the entire environment speaks for care and all of their equipment from x-rays to their hand held tools are state or the art and also cleanliness is their top priority I see them cleaning the chairs and equipment right after every apointment and they also take Medicaid

This dentist was great. Super friendly, gentle and explained everything well. I don’t normally like going to the dentist but they made the process much smoother than my previous experiences. Highly recommended

Got the visit today. Sandra is very nice. Clinic is very clean and people will offer you drinks, either water or coffee. Facilities is good including the machine that was used for xray. The doctor gave an immidiate prescription for my toothache.

Everyone here was super nice. The receptionist, dental assistant,
and the doctor. I loved how the doctor explained everything he was doing.

I went to get a cleaning today - Javier did my x-rays and helped during the cleaning! He was very kind, helpful and professional. The doctor did a really fantastic job. Overall I am extremely satisfied and will be back for my next cleaning.

After a horrible experience at my previous dentist, I decided to try out Shining Smiles as it was super hard for me to find a place to take Medicaid. Great experience! The receptionists are all so kind and welcoming. I can’t remember the dentist or the assistants names, but they were both great. They took their time and weren’t rough on my teeth. The dentist was so informative and took adequate time to show me my X rays on the TV screen and thoroughly explained all of her concerns and what she recommends for my teeth. I walked in super anxious due to my experience with my previous dentist, but I left with my mind at ease that I finally found a great dentist to go to. Thank you Shining Smiles! :)

Came here to get a cleaning done with my kids. The office was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Have to say everything went well and I was very pleased with the cleaning and how Dr B explained everything that I needed to get done. She was amazing along with Yvonne. I definitely will be back here and refer my friends as well. Thank you all for the good work.

I haven't been to the dentist for a while but Dr. Avasarala took care of me very well. She's gentle and communicative. There's usually not long of a wait and they accept medicaid here.

i have always had some type of nerves when going to dentistry's because of my past experiences with them. However, the staff at this place is very welcoming and very accommodating. They are very professional and are very reassuring with the process of their procedures. Very good place and will be coming back.

This location is awesome! I walked in and was greeted by Deanna who had a huge smile on! She made the whole process easy. The whole staff is super friendly and extremely nice. From someone who suffers with major anxiety especially when it comes to dentists, I can say that my nerves were eased & they made me feel super comfortable. Went in for a check up and was able to get a couple cavities filled the same day which was super nice. They have TVs in the patients rooms with Netflix so you can focus on that instead of what’s going on, if that’s what you prefer. The office was very clean and pleasant. I love this place & definitely will be going back! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

My Experience at this facility has been amazing! Everyone is so friendly and caring and of course patient with kids! My kids and I are new patients and they have been extremely the best to us! I met with Deanna she is super friendly and really made us feel comfortable and welcoming on our first Dentist Appointment! I drive about 30 minutes from home just to come to this facility and I really don’t mind because it really is worth the drive!

I absolutely love, love Shining Smiles in Franklin Park. The girl at the front desk Deanna is super friendly and knowledgeable. If she doesn't know something she has no problem asking her manager. Diane is also super great with all ages... My family of five ranges from 7 to 40 years old and we were treated great!!! Appointments were on time and the facility is brand new, smells great and super clean... I highly recommend you to try it out. Great staff with smiling faces and positive attitudes. I will definitely continue coming here as long as they are in business.
