Once again I had a fantastic experience at Max Dye, Inc. while purchasing my new truck. My sales rep, Kenny Detmer, went above and beyond to find me the truck that I was looking for. Kenny really listened when I told him what I was hoping to find and then he went out and made it happen. Also thanks to Dan Beavin for his help during closing especially finding us the best deal on a warranty. After taking out a deer with my car, I was in quick search of a different vehicle. I came across this 2018 GMC Terrain with low mileage at Max Dye in Salem. Wasn't planning on buying anything but I left very happy with a Jeep Gladiator. Was just at another dealership and had left frustrated and taken advantage of. Best car buying experience I've had!

We live 3 hrs away but found the car online and contacted the dealership. Kenny D promptly responded and was amazing to work with. His communication was top notch during the entire process and even after the sale. He arranged to have the car delivered to our door on our desired timeframe. The delivery drivers were very pleasant and courteous - had the car fueled up and washed when it arrived.
