Grand Dental Franklin Park staff and Dr. Steve are always the best! I've been going there for over 20 years and am always totally satisfied with their dental support. They know that I'm a big baby about dental work but never embarrass me or make me feel uncomfortable. The office atmosphere is friendly an welcoming. The staff are efficient, pleasant and always have something nice to say. I'm happy to drive a distance to get to a dentist or doctor that I love and that's why I keep returning to Grand Dental in Franklin Park!

So glad I found Grand Dental Franklin Park! Had an emergency, I was searching on Google everyone was booked, finally found them and they had availability. I got there (office was super cute) and filled out paperwork and was seen within 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Joy is amazing! He talks you through everything the whole way. He pulled my tooth like it was nothing lol. Then his assistant (sorry forgot her name🥺)explained everything for after care. She was so nice, professional, knowledgeable.

I was very anxious coming in but Rena & Dr.Alec Joy made me feel very relaxed and at ease. Both of them were very professional and answered all my questions. I also felt no pain or discomfort while they were working on me. 10/10 experience I will be referring my friends and family.

This review is coming from a person who is extremely fearful and anxious when it comes to dental care. However, Dr Alec and the entire staff at Grand Dental are the kindest, professional and thoughtful team I’ve ever met!! It’s more like a family than a dental office! Give them a try, you will be happy you did !!

The staff at the Franklin Park Grand Dental are amazing. I went in for a root canal and they took such great care of me. The level of care and attention by the staff is what is going to keep bringing me back to see them.

I haven't been to the dentist in awhile(longer than I care to admit) and I was super nervous. The team (from the front desk to thr hygienist to the Dentist) were super amazing and so understanding. I feel silly for not going sooner!!! I recommend to anyone who need a new dentist. Don't be afraid if you haven't been in awhile, they totally understand.

Super friendly and very helpful. My daughter has such a good time she can't wait to go back. She laughed thru the whole appointment. They made an effort to make her feel very comfortable. They were very explanatory about her teeth and what we should do.

The office is clean and the staff is nice. I’m a new patient going through a treatment plan. My third visit and they are always professional and I have no complaints. So far all painless.

I give them 5 stars review because my last visit I had new orthodontist, Dr. Samuel, he treated me very nice. He told me the procedure that I was going to get done, and spend time with me making sure I got the proper care. He was very attentive to my needs. Everything turned out perfect. They are professional and make sure you are comfortable during your procedures. Top of line equipment as well. Also, they play great music!

Staff is great, the dentist explained everything clearly and was great, I had two tooths pulled and no pain and best experience I had compared to my past dental care. I Higley recommend. No regrets.
