Both ladies who took my order were the most courteous experience I’ve ever had going to a McDonald’s. They both deserve a raise. The first one taking my order double checked my order with me. They both greeted me with a smile and thanked me after confirming my order and payment. Common courtesy goes a long way.

Very nice location, very clean and fast service with a smile, literally!!!

Came in and was greeted nicely with a smile and it really bright my day had a li request and the manager went above and beyond and seems like the whole crew was happy and NSYNC like a hot music video just a wonderful environment all these people deserve a bonus.

Went to this location for breakfast and when I walked in it was crowded people waiting on their order and it was a long line to order your food plus the drive thru was long .But the line real quick and I got out in about 5 minutes and the service was great and my food was perfect I got the Big Breakfast with pancakes got my Mother something.The Employees were friendly during that rush. Love that .😁😁😁😁

Best customer service I have had in a long time. I went through the drive-thru it was fast, my order was correct, and the staff were extremely polite. Best I've seen at any fast food restaurant!

People need a Chill pill i don`t understand the Negative reviews they do forget your order sometimes thats my only issue but they make it up sometimes with something free but real talk i been going to this McDonald`s since 2009 yes 2009 My family and cousins grew up on this McDonald`s we always would walk to this one and grab something quick to eat i was a teenager back then we never had a issue with them we just don`t go in a lot because its not that safe (my family )would continue to go here they always get are order correct and everything the service is fast and quick and still is (in my opinion ) why do people have to be so picky just pick your favorite item off the menu shut up and be happy people we always pick are favorites and leave Its not a luxury restaurant its Just McDonald`s humble yourself

Great place they just need to improve on focusing on orders I'm sometimes shorten by a get , jucies or toy for my kids .....but okay".. Less talk and more food be nice.ty

Nov 16 latest visit0 noticed that McDonald's. Still remains neat , tidy inside wirh friendly faces and an eclectic mix of people of various ages; quite indicative of the local residents in any community. Ordered the hot chocolate but keep a. eye on the sugar content in some items. Coffee remains a great choice; breakfast all day anyday Lunch menu begins aproximately 10:00 a.m.

Very nice employee's respectful and very courteous but most of all the manager Maria is the best very nice accommodating and generous there needs to be more managers like her I appreciate someone running an establishment such as her she needs an employee of the month award much thanks Maria

These guys are some of the HARDEST workers ever. Bravo, you guys… I honestly don’t know how you do it, but I hope you all realize how skilled and talented you are.

Never messed up an order of mine @ this location. Foods always hot. People are very kind to me. Happy days!

I've never any complaints. I just left there and I was in and out. 12:30pm is a great time to go if you're out looking for food.

Ada, the new manager, ran the Lobby, and assisted the employees who ran the drive thru, this is the #1 McDonald's I been to, between Cicero to Ashland, from 79th. to 63rd. Great Job guys. 👍
