Metro by T-Mobile

I went to three different MetroPCS in Joliet to delete messenger and add messaging by Google, with no luck. Each said I had to stick with chat box, because my phone was not compatible. This guy fix me up in about a minute. Thank you so much. I appreciate your help,and treating me with dignity and respect

I've been coming to this location for 5+ years I always get to work with Dianna and she's always awesome! She gets me the best deals and the best phones. Even when I break my phone's shes always so understanding and to me she's the best rep with Metro there should be a Dianna at every store!

Went in to get new phones for my daughter and myself and Jackie is the best. She was very helpful, pleasant, and able to make our transition painless. We were pretty much in and out. Thanks again Jackie for helping us out.

Customer service was horrible! Lady acted like she was bother by any question I asked and kept on using her personal phone while I was asking her questions! Definitely location owner needs to review and reconsider his employees.

HORRIBLE! THE EMPLOYEE EMP ID IS JROSAL..HE BECAME SO ANGRY BECAUSE I SAID I DIDN'T LIKE METRO'S PHONE CHOICES AND I PREFER BOOST MOBILE PHONES BUT I LIKED METRO SERVICES..I EXPLAINED THAT I LIKED T MOBILE PHONES AND SERVICE AS WELL..HE THEN BEGIN TO TELL ME THAT THE EMPLOYEES AT T MOBILE ONLY MAKE $13 AN HOUR AND I COULD TELL HE WAS BECOMING ANGRY SO I TOLD HIM I DON'T CARE HOW MUCH THEY MAKE, THEIR PHONES ARE BETTER..HE THEN TOLD ME "METRO DON'T WANT ME AS A CUSTOMER " LOL..HIS LITTLE CHUBBY FACE TURNED RED AS HE THEN TOLD ME HE'S THE MANAGER (I'M NOT SURE WHAT THAT HAD TO DO WITH THE PHONES BEING BAD) HE WAS SO ANGRY HE SAID HE WAS BEEFING WITH T MOBILE AND BOOST..LIKE HE WAS REAL LIFE READY TO FIGHT... I THINK DRUGS HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH HIS BEHAVIOR BUT EITHER WAY I WON'T BE RETURNING TO THE CHICAGO HIGHTS METRO STORE... THAT MAN SHOULD GO FIGHT FOR OUR CONTRY SINCE HE'S WILLING TO FIGHT FOR HIS STORE. LOL

They don't shut. They don't have no phone. Mean rude. Not a people friendly store. Hire new people who know what they are doing and nice to customers. They didn't even check my account. Just go in and pay your bill. That's all this store is good for.
