I can’t say enough about how amazing Ariel Hubbard of Hubbard Health Solutions is. I just recently finished her Reiki Master Class and it has made an incredible difference in my life. Among the many things I’ve learned, her energy management techniques have helped me become a more balanced and efficient practitioner and person in general. This course is a lot of information but Ariel gives you a lot of time and resources to help you through the process, as well as always being available for questions. The most empowering lesson I’ve gained is knowing that I have a course of action and a way to help people when before I felt powerless to help my friends and family through various problems. Reiki doesn’t solve all your problems but it does give you the tools to be able to help yourself and help others and it does change your life, for the better. I’ve taken many courses with Ariel, she has a wealth of knowledge and knows an impressive amount of different styles and techniques of massage and energy work. I recommend her highly and plan on taking many more courses from her in the future.

What can I say! Ariel is amazing. This was my second visit with her and each time has been wonderful. I was so relaxed and my muscles were so relieved that it was hard to use my arms to drive home. hahaha... Both my mind and my body left Ariel in a place that was so much better than when I arrived. Over the next few days I noticed how well I slept... especially the that night. I also noticed that mentally I was able to deal with some big events with calm amidst chaos using the things she and my guides explained to me. Thank you Ariel and I highly recommend!!!

I’ve been seeing Ariel for about a year and a half. I get deep tissue massage and my aches and pains have improved by 75%. I am soooo relaxed after my massage I feel like a noodle and it stays with me for quite awhile. I’m so happy to have found Ariel!

I went in to see her and she asked me what my stress level was. I replied a "10". As I was leaving she asked for the stress level again and I replied a "6" or "7" and then I looked down and saw that I put my pants on backwards. She let me know that my stress level was less than I thought it was. I cannot recommend her enough.
