An amazing selection and layout of furniture and interiors. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and there are examples of most materials for their items. They have a separate section in the back for discounted items as well.

Unparalleled service! I've purchased almost my entire household furniture from Room and Board, either from the outlet or the regular store. If I've ever had a problem or needed service on a piece (which is rare) I've always received prompt service with expert knowledge. By far the best service I've had from any company, hands down, and it's what keeps me coming back time and time again!

We bought several pieces of furniture from here. We went back multiple times as we were deciding on the furniture. The sales people were very patient and there was no pressure to make any decisions. It's true that some of the furniture is spendy, but the quality is definitely there for and I think the prices are fair for quality USA made furniture.

My husband and I were looking for new furniture for our outdoor space, and after a poor experience at Arhaus, we became aware of Room & Board from a few friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We worked with Jean, who was so attentive to e-mail, and when we came for our design consult, she had several ideas for us to review and never pressured us with an upsell of products. She was very mindful of our budget, and helped us build out a beautiful patio.

Love the furniture designs here at Room & Board. Some are so unique. Just always have a bit of sticker shock.

There were a few offerings but none that met our needs plus just too high priced.

Outlet review: Husband and I are moving into our first home this month and we decided to invest in some Room and Board outlet pieces. We had a very positive experience at the store! The associates were friendly and very helpful. They have a TON of options in the outlet that were originally purchased furniture then returned, or were staged on display at a store. We were told that items sell fast and they are always getting new things shipped in. From a general observation, a lot of these items were in amazing condition (don't quote me on if they have damaged items- we just didn't see anything at the time). Eventually settled on a 101 inch Cade Sofa in Orla Putty. It is in EXCEPTIONAL condition, and for a great discount (Originally $2300, purchased for $1690 with tax/shipping). It is well worth it as we know these couches will last a lifetime. My husband and I cannot wait for it to be delivered into our new home! HIGHLY recommend checking out the outlet- we will be back again!!!

Love love love this furniture. We have a few solid cherry furniture pieces and they are phenomenal. Bought a large microfiber couch for the basement and main living room too; takes a beating and kid spills and still looks great.

Most people are into Scandinavian furniture looks for the quality and not price. Overall price is not really affordable but it's worth it for the simplicity and different style
