Dave & Buster's Addison

We really enjoy coming here. So many fun games to play and pretty decent cost. Their deal days are the best. Prices are reasonable as well. We've never eaten here yet but probably sometime in the future. The only issue we've run into is the front desk. The line is so long and only 2 associates. Also in the winter, it is so cold in the front. Just wish they had more people up front during busy times.

I would like to thank our sever and everyone who is working on Thanksgiving. Food was great, other than my wife beating me in most of the games, it was a great night.

Really nice arcade with a lot of options. Probably better for smaller kids and teens in regards to the games choices. Drinks were pretty good a food was delicious. Our bartender was really nice and super informative when it came to the menu. You are able to leave your stuff at the table, play games and then come back and finish your drink/ meal. Prices for games were pretty cheap and you get a card that you can reuse at a different date in case you don't use it all in one day.

Dave and Buster's arcade is fun! Yes, it is loud. Yes the arcade room is dark with flashing lights. There are stools and tables near games. There are one player games along with numerous multiplayer options. Prizes include typical toys, games, household goods, and more. The food is fantastic! While it never occurred to me to go to an arcade to eat, the food is delicious. You may eat at the bar if you're 21 or older. Bartenders are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They do serve alcohol. There is an accessibility section at the bar. A restaurant section with tables and chairs is located outside the gaming section.

Great place to take the kiddo! Service is great. Had an issue or two with a game or two. Service is up too if it all. Quick to act and very accommodating.

The family spent 6 hours here playing games and eating. There were a lot of people but we still had fun. We played pool which was fairly inexpensive. They have newer games which were really fun to play, including a VR station. The food has always been delicious. Good time, family fun.

Dave & Buster's arcade and restaurant offers a very photogenic entrance. There is an oversized city portrait once inside and a large stairway that leads up to the front desk. Elevator is optional. It is accessible both by the mall and directly from outside. The entire facility is located on the second floor. Gaming selection is quite good as well as prizes. Don't forget to come on half price Wednesdays. Every time I come here it's not too crowded unless you visit on a weekend . This Dave & Buster's is kind of tucked away behind some construction at the moment. Construction is planned to be finished by 2023. Typical food options found in American bar style restaurants with slight twist. Nice large bar with beer and plenty of sports programs playing weekly. Plenty of tables for large parties.

The girlfriend and I had a mini date night here before picking up the kiddo... Got to the end of the evening and asked Justin (gift shop worker) a few questions and I tell you what his positive vibes and great attitude were infectious... It made our evening that much more enjoyable with Justin attitude .. Thanks Dave&Busters you hired a great one...

We came on a very busy night. While many of the games are old and have habitual problems the two game techs Steven and Will went out of there way to help us, in a professional and kind way. Best service we've seen in a while. If I owned an arcade that's the two guys I'd want representing my brand.

The games are fun and the staff has been helpful. Any time we have had issues with a game not working, they're always quick to look at it and refund any credits lost. It's also much cleaner than other Dave and Busters I have been to.

We absolutely love the place. The young lady at the front desk SUPER FRIENDLY and very professional last night she was so kind explaining about the game cards. Loving they have some old school games! Loved the pool tables. Nice play to hang out and have a drink and chill while the kid plays the games! The rewards for the prizes Ding Ding Ding! Loving the D&B Ear Buds! 5☆ everyday!!!!

My company had a team building activity here, and we had a great time. We had a private room for our meal. We had a taco bar. The food was amazing! The servers were very kind and incredibly attentive.

I asked for coke with Grenadine, and the server asked me if I wanted a pitcher of it. I said of course, that would be perfect. She treated all of us with kindness and excellent service.

The games were tons of fun, and it fairly easy to win enough tickets to bring home some surprises for my kids.

This place is tons of fun.

Brought my daughter here and we had a blast. They have a lot of fun games and the atmosphere is great. The rep that helped us out at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

I have been to this Dave & Buster’s several times in the past. I have been there with friends, I have been there for work functions and I have been there with my two kids (age 5 and 7). For all of these reasons to visit, I have never been disappointed. Even during the Coronavirus pandemic, the facility addresses all patrons’ concerns. The bar is manned by helpful and friendly bartenders. The front desk personnel are helpful. The ticket/prize area is well organized and easy to navigate. There are not as many games as some of the other big-name video game establishments, but that is because these isn’t a second floor and more space is dedicated to the bar, pool tables, and dining area. Even so, the games are fun and functioning. I will continue to visit this Dave & Buster’s anytime I need to escape from reality.

Had our holiday company party January 6th. Service, food, and venue were fantastic. Rob, our server, was pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience today! Our waiter was attentive, recommended a delicious meal and refilled our drinks. He did a great job! I also saw the manager helping clear tables and i don't see that at other restaurants. I thought that was incredible. The games were so fun. Great selection. Great prizes too. It was a fun day.

I'm from Arizona and I was at this particular location for a work event. It's the first Dave & Buster's that I've ever been at. The virtual reality games that they have to play cannot be beat and altogether it was a great experience. I don't know if it's company policy or state law in Illinois to only allow a person to have one drink and a time at the bar or not but I felt that was a little ridiculous. Also the drink prices were rather high but then again these days so is everything else. I give Dave and Buster's a 9 out of 10.

This place was a lot more fun than I anticipated. Celebrated a teen birthday with family. Played for a couple of hours and had dinner at the restaurant. Service and drinks were excellent. The food was pretty good also. The adults enjoyed many of the games, and the kids had a blast. VR experience is totally worth the extra $.

The restaurant area was nice and calm. The game area was too much for me, but my nieces and nephews enjoyed it.
