Service is great doctors up very attentive employee are very friendly

This is a larger (for this area) medical building with a lot of different offices and services. They offer valet parking. You may need it - they need a LOT more parking. Typically we need to drive around the lot several times before finding a space. There's a receptionist desk, but there's never been a receptionist. They now lock the back door - it's exit only. A pain if one parks at the rear of the building, especially since there's no cover - it it's raining you'll get soaked. It's a nice building, but it's obvious that after it was built they stopped putting any money into it. There's those "medical" boxes all over outside, plus employees take breaks outside and leave their trash everywhere.

Customer care is much more than a slogan.
