Everything I have been looking for. I went to Nicole to fix my hair like 2 weeks before my wedding. I was obsessed. Literally the best hair cut and coloring I have every had in my life. I cannot go to anyone else ever because it won't be Nicole. She is a genius in her craft and blows my mind every single visit with what she can do. She truly HEARS me and makes it exactly what I want. She not only makes my hair a masterpiece but if a phenomenal conversationalist and inspires me with every visit.

I recently moved to the area and Nicole has been a LIFESAVER. I was wanting to make a pretty drastic change to my hair, and she talked me through the process and helped me find the perfect solution to match my hair type, styling needs, and other various concerns. She kept me informed on what she was doing throughout the whole process, and was genuinely just as excited for the change as I was! She's so good at what she does, and is such a kind human being. I'm so lucky to have found a stylist I can trust!

Had an awesome experience. Rachel cut and dyed my hair and it turned out phenomenal! All the gals that worked there were very friendly and helpful. I’m definitely coming back here and recommending them to everyone!

Decided to slightly change my hair style for first time ever. I looked into different hairstyles for my face shape, but still didn’t know what would look good. Had a consultation with Nicole, showed her some pictures and also explained I was still a bit unsure of exactly what I wanted. Shared my concerns of my hair being flat/thin and me not styling it, so it wouldn’t actually look like the reference photos. I feel like she truly listened to me and helped come up with an idea for what would look good. While washing and cutting my hair, Nicole explained what she was doing and why every step of the way. She shared tools to use & ways of styling my hair that were very simple and easy for me and the little work I want to put into styling. I’ve never been to a salon before & am very pleased with the outcome. I’ve definitely found my new salon from here on out! Also loved the environment and general vibe.

I've tried a few different salons in GR and Launch is BY FAR the best. I love going from one extreme to the next. Every time I have visited a salon I would literally tell them "Do what you want!". I have always left disappointed and with an average, safe haircut. When I first went to Launch (about a year ago), I told Rachel that she could go all out! She was the first stylist with ideas for the visit AS WELL AS future visits. She started with my dark, boxed dyed, red hair and we slowly went to blonde, to pink, and now blue! I've never felt so at home and respected as I have at Launch! They take their time, give you ACTUAL expectations, and always have you coming out with FANTASTIC hair! LOOOOOOVE these girls!!

Such an amazing experience! I find myself extremely fortunate to have had Launch Salon be a part of my wedding day. The team was informative, friendly and accommodating, especially when working with a slew of bridesmaids. They listened to my needs and worked with me to create an incredible look! Having stylists that take your opinion into consideration and adjust with you is so great! I’ve been back several times and the Salon continues to educate me on how to create different styles and maintain the health of my hair. I highly recommend them for all your hair needs. I drove past Launch Salon every day for almost a year before finally making the switch. I’m so glad I did! Christa is phenomenal, and I always walk out feeling like a million bucks! She’s also made great recommendations for products that work great for my hair type. Overall, a great experience.

Super cute and welcoming salon. All the girls are very friendly but my favorite is Nicole, she nails it every time! She is so knowledgeable and lets me know everything she's doing and also the benefits of what she's doing to my hair, that's something you don't get at every salon! I get to learn little tips and tricks along the way as well. This is hands down the best salon I've ever been to and you will never leave disappointed. Keep up the fabulous work ladies!

Nicole was amazing for my hair for my wedding when I was looking for “big hair”. My hair was absolutely amazing and it is still talked about today. She also recently chopped off my locks after having 2 babies. I have curly hair with a mind of its own and she gave me the best haircut for my curls. All of the girls are very helpful and knowledgeable. Super cute and chic atmosphere. Always an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

I'm someone who is constantly struggling with my hair. I don't ever know what to do. Launch came highly recommended from friends. I gave Nicole free reign to give me something new. Best. Decision. Ever. Not only do I love my new hair, she also went through and gave me tips and tricks on styling my new cut. 100% recommend. Everyone was amazing and welcoming. I've found my new go to salon.

Launch Salon is awesome! Such a great atmosphere and I a convenient location too! Nicole does wonders with my hair; and always gets the color that I have in mind :) I would recommend it to anyone looking for some great color, great hair cuts and great service!

Any of the stylists are fantastic. They all have given me great haircuts, and all at varying lengths of hair as well! The booking is easy on the website (haven't tried the app yet). I've always enjoyed the experience everyone I've gone to Launch!

Absolutely love Launch. I've seen both Rachel and Stephanie and could not be more thrilled with my hair. I came in for the first time and had the best hair cut of my life with Rachel. I have a lot of hair and it's extremely thick. I can truly say the best cut of my life. I came back a second time and saw Stephanie for a color. Beautiful color with such depth and dimension. Everyone is so friendly and make you feel so welcome. Thank you ladies!

I've followed their page for quite some time and was always so impressed with the magic they worked. Really, literal magic. I've struggled fighting warmth in my hair for years and can't remember the last time I actually Loved it. I caved and finally scheduled an appointment with Rachel and I'll never turn back. The salon itself is beautiful and tasteful and so welcoming - it matches their stylists perfectly. I felt pampered and relaxed the whole time I was there and left feeling beautiful and a part of a super cool secret club. I couldn't ask for anything more and am so happy with my experience and so excited for my hairs journey!

I was very happy with how Rachel did my hair. I have very dark hair that can be difficult to color. Normally it ends up looking dull and one-toned.
However, Rachel took time to listen to what I wanted and I walked out with exactly what I had hoped for. My hair color is now multidimensional, glossy and looks like I had always wanted it to. She did an awesome job and I would highly recommend this salon. Prices were about average. I spent $150 for the color... which is what I’ve paid elsewhere. Except this time I got what I asked for... which makes it worth the money.

This is the first year I have routinely had my hair cut/colored every 6-8 weeks. The other 32 years of life I only went to a salon once every nine months. Rachel does a great job, listens to my asks, gives her opinion, and is always all in! She explains the “why” which I love. Top notch, Rachel. Top notch.

Launch Salon is one of the best! They did my hair for our wedding day and from the initial contact all the way through the day of the event, was a positive experience! They generously accommodated my large bridal party and allowed us me to bring in an outside make-up artist! They even allowed for the make-up artist and her assistant to set-up and start a bit early to ensure adherence to the day's timeline!
Nicole and her team are simply amazing and the experience they all bring to the table is obvious! They listened to what each of us had in mind and professionally guided us through the whole experience to make sure those visions were captured!

This salon is wonderful! I have been going for cuts, coloring, and even my wedding hair do. Every one that works there is wonderful and will give you exactly what you want and do anything to make it right. Great stylists and talent that understand the science of hair. 10/10!
