Jane Bell: Allstate Insurance

Jane Bell as my allstate rep has been the most attentive and engaged insurance rep I've ever had! She proactively reaches out to me annually to go over my policy and consider potential savings, advise me on policy changes, etc. I've got home and three cars and honestly find the cost to be reasonable. Anyone that really pays attention to details in policy will appreciate the exacting analysis of insurance coverage and savings.

Finally found an insurance agency that does a complete job ... Not only setting up policy needs, but also ensuring my name is correct on same ... No small thing for me ... When Sr, Jr and III are getting mail at the same address, having a complete and correct name on things, including suffix, is quite helpful ... Last insurance company/agent could not seem to get that right, and also did not seem to care, but these folks ensured accuracy all around ... Very pleasant and professional to deal with, always accessible and just nice people ... Can't go wrong with Jane and Austin!

Staff always respond immediately. We don,t put insurance on the truck in the winter and the on/off adjustment is taken care of while I am on the telephone with them.
