We were referred to Dr. Raffee when my 94-year-old mother's long time doctor left her practice. Dr. Raffee is a God send. Our first visit was a virtual visit as my mom is currently bed bound. She was very patient with my mom and took time to listen to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions.

Just made appointment with Dr. Raffee as a new patient. Not able to get in for two months. My original PCP retired. When calling to make appointment I had to have a referral? Most of the personnel I talked to from Dr. Raffee's office were rude and impatient. There was only one that was helpful named Carnethia who spent time to explain and was friendly unlike the rest. So the low rating is for her staff who is answering the phones and seems impatient with elderly people.
