Everyone was very nice. Dr. Ryan-Stout showed concern over a medication I took myself off. He was also showed concerned about the medication he prescribed in it's place that I wasn't able to get. In all it was good visit.

Good experience, caring and straightforward approach without making us feel rushed. This was my husband’s second time seeing Dr Stout. Dr Stout answered all our questions, listened and was patient as my husband has some memory loss. Highly recommend him and his team!

In an era of health care providers being overwhelmed with patients, often time you are ushered in and out of facilities as quick as possible. However, Jeffrey always takes time to listen to your issues, check everything over and allow to leave knowing you've had good service. Excellent Rheumatology facility and staff!

Everything was smooth and quick. Telemedicine visits are excellent for f/u visits. As an 81 y/o who no longer drives this type of visit is perfect when appropriate.

I don't feel like this Dr listens to me, cares or understands the pain that flare ups cause. I have been living with this for more than several years. My original Dr. retired. I was given to Dr Z. who in turn gave me to this Dr. I was going for infusions and now I have not had one since July of last year. Why do I not have one scheduled? Why would you just stop the treatment plan I was put on? Changing Dr's. I hope the next one listens and understands the pain we go through daily and during flare ups! I wish my Dr didn't retire.
