The staff was great. The price was right. My scooter was stolen and they got me back on the road the same day.

Ive taken my bike into Dave several times I had my oil change, at first I thought I was overcharged for the oil change until I went and bought the oil that my bike needs and filter and realize that the oil was $100 within itself. even if you purchase it off Amazon still very expensive oil but it's very good oil I've never had a problem with Dave he's always been friendly yes they do sometimes take a little while to get things done but not so long that I would be upset over it. With the city the size of portage and Kalamazoo and only being a few motorcycle dealerships I'm sure they're overwhelmed however I know my dad's bike was taken to Ziegler and they broke the fuel line and never replaced it my dad had to do that himself which a little 4-in line was $100 and he paid for the premium package to have all of his servicing done when he bought the bike brand new from them they never changed the spark plugs we had to do that just recently but I'm not rating Ziegler I' rating life cycle... And the reason I didn't give a five-star rating is because there's always room for improvement that holds true with everything. also like to add that I do my own servicing on my bike now that way I don't have to worry about whether or not it's been done right or done it all no matter who you take it to there's always a thought of was it done right or at all was something left loose not tightened did they use the right fluid or oil, my own personal experience not trying to offend anyone on this review I'm grateful that life for me has been a mechanical one so I am able to do these things. I have since bought a lot of tools to service my own bike so me and my dad do our bikes now on our own with a little help with the YouTube video and the service manual which you can download if you look hard enough for it online straight to your phone or laptop or tablet.and if the the economy keeps going the way it is very few people are going to be able to afford to have their cars or bike serviced again this is my opinion I'm not trying to offend anyone I just don't see good things happening to our country at this point saddens me so learning to do it yourself and do it correctly brings reward self-confidence and the ability to fix it.

Brought my 83 Honda Shadow in for a few repairs, I use it as a daily to go back and forth to work. Life Cycle did an excellent job and had a quick turnaround time, will definitely be going back and recommending them to my friends who ride.

Awesome shop with a good variety of gear and bikes. The owner was very personable, helped me select a nice pair of winter gloves and pants that suited me and my budget. Not a pushy salesman, really just trying to get the best product to fit their consumers' needs. He went above and beyond granting me a discount on the pants even though they weren't technically included in the sale that was going on. Thank you Life Cycle, will definitely be back again!

Really grateful for the repairs that life cycle could do for my scooter.
It took a long time. But I don't mind due to slowing of parts availability during the times we're going through. I hauled my scooter from northern michigan because I wanted the best to work on it.

The guys here are great. Got my tire swapped out, inspected and replaced my tube, answered all my questions, and the price was fair. The guys here are very knowledgable and are happy to answer questions. The bikes are beautiful and great sales seem to be ongoing.

Where do I even start?! These guys are amazing! Picked me up two hours away, even helped me pick up a MoneyGram to pay them with and find a hotel for the night. Their mechanic made quick work of replacing both tires, changing the oil, and charging the battery. They even aired up my trailer tires, which were embarrassingly low. In short, if you skills, awesome, customer service, amazing!

Dave is the most helpful guy ever. I needed a helmet urgently for an MSF course, he arranged that for me while we were waiting for the one I wanted to come through - and he's been giving me all kinds of advice since I got the motorcycle from him, from how to charge the battery to how to get it on my truck. Plus the motorcycle has been great too, so that's a plus :)!

Raiting subject to change but am planning on buying a moped, new or used. Hopefully at a good and reasonable price as I'm on social security.
Putting alot of trust. Also rather support a 'mom n pop' place than a 'box' store.

Ok, I moved it to a 5 star The people working, including Dave, where very helpfull. Even to someone who is a 1st time moped/scooter owner. even a used one.
Answered all my questions.
I will be there soon to ask more.

Swag/free stuff is always good. Even without it I gave it this newer rating because the people i delt with make you feel like family and give you the confidence they care. Unlike a 'big box' place that only cares about $$$ and not the person (s).

Great family owned businesses. Been dealing with them for a very long time. I recommend this place to anyone that needs service or parts or to buy a nice used bike.

They are the best place to go for moped advice and moped service or parts. The manager is really nice. Hes willing to help as much as he can and make sure you get wat you need.

My go to place for all my motorcycle needs, great place, always fairly treated. Few remaining places with actual knowledge, experience and true advice you can only find from a family business, thanks Life Cycle!

I have Yamaha bike and have taken it for repair at this shop twice and both times they have completed the job to my satisfaction. They will not anything without your permission which I value the most at this place.
