What a great experience! The staff there is so professional and friendly. When i needed to get my white bag cleaned i truly didn’t think my bag could look brand new again however OXXO has exceeded my expectations once again. I have been taking my clothes here for years and now I’ll be brining all my bags and even shoes too! Thank you so much!

Certainly not the cheapest but they’ve definitely taken care of me, and been super accommodating with last minute rush jobs. Very good for alterations and fixes.

Ever since I discovered this place, my dress clothes have never looked and felt better. The prices are reasonable and the 24/7 drop off and pick-up kiosk is life-changing for someone like me who has to go to work during normal business hours. The manager, Gianni, is very nice and attentive and has expedited some of my items when I’ve told him I’ll be traveling soon. He has worked magic and gotten stains out of some of my favorite dress pants that I was worried would never come out. I bring all of my suits here and always will.

i was so nervous to drop my clothes off at a dry cleaners because last time, a company in miami ruined an item that was very sentimental to me.

but not OXXO!!! they took care of my clothes and i swear i received them back in better condition than when i bought them! they’re a little high in price but i don’t mind paying the extra $$$ if it means they’ll come back looking brand new! my new go-to for dry cleaning for sure!

exceptional service as well :) really love the women who work here they are hard workers and treat everyone with kindness. one of the workers got my order wrong and when i corrected her she adjusted the price no problem.

Gianni the Manager is honestly such a nice human being. He did not refuse me service after entering without noticing they were closed. I dropped my clothes off on a busy weekend for them, they still expressed my clothes for me which I appreciated so much. Not to mention, he was able to revive a favorite blouse of mine that had been stained with black paint! They will always have me as a customer, Gianni Thank you for your great customer service :)

I’ve been coming here for almost a year. By down the best dry cleaners services. Clothes are always crisp and on time. You pay for what you get. Highly recommend.

Go to OXXO Care Cleaners - not only that, go to this location by Midtown Shops. The quality is great, but (maybe) more importantly, the customer service is NEXT LEVEL.

We left our tux there - forgot to pick it up - and were flying out of the country early the next morning for a black tie wedding. The cleaners was closed and I panicked and sent a message to the Google Chat feature in a last ditch attempt to save us and the owner was immediately responsive - super friendly - and opened up two hours after closing to help us.

Didn't realize there was 24 hour pick up at the time (GREAT FEATURE!!) but still without a thought this man opened up and helped us out, and you just don't get that type of human contact with brands and services anymore.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Went to this place 2 days before a wedding to get a suit dry cleaned and they went above and beyond and even finished it earlier than promised!! Will only go to oxxo from now on! THE BEST

My wife and i have had such a great experience with OXXO in midtown. Gianni is so helpful and takes such good care of us. They make miracles happen and have gotten stains out of clothing we never thought would come out.

My husband takes his work dress shirts and suits here and we always have amazing service. Recently he had a coffee stain on a shirt that we didn’t could be removed but they were able to get it out! Suit jacket looks brand new! The owner and staff are extremely friendly and professional. AmazIng service! :)

I brought a brand new tee shirt beige with a lot of colorful prints on it, it was stained with pollen. They made the impossible, they removed the stain with no discoloration and the prints are still perfect. I use their service often and I’m really pleased with the service and the results

Excellent Service. The Manager and staff are always pleasant and willing to ensure that my clothing is up to par. The 24 hour pickup/dropoff kiosk is the best part of this service. The manager tells me this morning that there is now a new app for tracking my orders.

My experience of this place is excellent hospitality and superior customer service. Located in the heart of midtown, pricing is competitive. My uncle used to run a dry cleaning service for my entire small town. It was not an easy business as they had to deal with many demographics of people- just like Miami. The people here were equally considerate and accommodated my requests. 5 stars ✨

They cleaned my velvet comforter set and even delivered it to my home without me requesting to! It was such a nice surprise and saved me a trip to the dry cleaner. I couldn’t be any happier with my comforter and with the whole experience. I will definitely be using OXXO as my dry cleaner from now on!

The best of the best They professionally treat your high end and expensive pieces with the outmost care and knowledge I got an expensive piece jacket Escada in silk stained with grease and others They got rid out of the stain and the piece was cleaned implacably

Gianni came very well recommended from various personnels over at the Design District in Miami. Knowing that he has experience with fine, delicate fabrics and his past work with designer companies, I knew I was in good hands. My fur coats, shawls, leather jackets were completely ruined and had mold from a water situation. I was devastated and Gianni knew the emotional value I have for these pieces given they were vintage and my mother's as well. He is kind, patient, and very straightforward with what he can handle, but very perseverant and professional. Lovely person and his personnel is very kind as well. Highly recommend this OXXO specially with the management of Gianni. THANK YOU!
