Ding Tea Grand Rapids

The inside was very cute and had a very nice ambiance. The lady who took my drink was a shorter lady with glasses I believe but she was very welcoming and friendly. Didn't take long to place my order at all. The guy who made my drink was also very friendly (I talked with him when I saw the tapioca was more golden and he explained it tastes the same just theirs has more of a golden hue. He was correct albeit it tasted a little sweeter to me but I thoroughly enjoyed it)

They had these special honey drinks that looked good but I did not get to try one because I was in a bit of a rush . I just got what I typically get from bubble tea places which is a taro milk tea with tapioca. I'm not from Michigan and was just visiting and had a hankering for a bubble tea and the first place I went was a dud so I didn't know what to expect coming here but they did not disappoint! My drink was delicious and had a good amount of tapioca too! That golden brown tapioca they have made it even better! Definitely top 10 taro milk tea I have had and the ambiance while waiting just added to my enjoyment!

One of the best milk tea place in town in my opinions. I myself am a worker at another milk tea place in town but oftentimes I come downtown just for ding tea. This place has a wide range of selection which I really like, you can pretty much mix and match a lot of things in here. Everytime Im around downtown area, this place is a to-go. I have tried other places downtown as well but ding tea suits my personal taste more. I would say its pretty sweet-ish for me, although considering me growing up in my country, we dont eat sweet in general so that might have been the case, but bc of that I often ask for less sweet. Other than that, nice place, great service, I usually ask the cashier to make whatever drink they like, and I'll just get that and they are always happy to take times and go along with my request. Also, there are pkaces to sit but not a lot, and I'm not sure hows the toilet situation now but last time I was there, toilets were not available for customers. Btw, you guys should check out their treats, the macaron (the pic is crème brûlée flavor) is not bad at all.

Best customer service ever- the 3 guys working here when I went are amazing. 1 especially went above and beyond to make our ding tea experience amazing!

Absolutely delicious! Their oolong milk tea is magical! Highly recommend whenever you are in downtown GR! They also have a fun greenery wall for taking photos, your Instagram will never look so good!

I just wish their hours were more accommodating! I work about a block away and would love to have tea in the morning instead of coffee! That 12 opening time isn't my favorite!

I love ding tea. It is tradition for me to go with my sister to ding tea and it is great bonding. The drinks are not the best Boba I have tried, but it is still pretty good. They have comfy couches and the ambiance Is pretty cozy. Sometimes this place can be flooded by white women, but usually the wait is not horrible. The service is great and they give out stickers. I'm looking forward to returning.

We got the mango milk tea with golden boba and the kumquat lemon ice green tea and it was amazing! The staff were friendly and it had a great aesthetic. By far the best teas I have ever tried!

My favorite boba place in GR! The tapioca is fresh and on point. Love all of the options and combinations you can do! Definitely ask the workers there for recs if you want to try something new! They will not disappoint! The tea tastes so amazing I don’t think I have ever ordered something I didn’t like. Highly recommend!

This place has the best bubble tea out of any chain. I haven't had undercooked boba here. The first time my wife and I had it we went back and got another one later in the day. This place makes me want to open a ding tea where I live so I can have it every day. I wish I lived closer. The only downside is there is no dine in!

Lovely boba tea shop! I wish they had a few more decaf options, but other than that it's great! I love their fruit juice drinks (no caffeine) the grapefruit and peach with aloe vera are my two favorites!

Absolutely love this place! They have amazing flavors and awesome staff. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The staff is great and always ready to answer questions or give recommendations . They recommended the Hokkaido black milk tea and lycee black tea with lycee jelly and Both were amazing. I can’t recommend this place more. A definite stop for anyone who likes boba tea or just good tea in general. Amazing.

Shout out to my authentic Taiwanese boba tea shop with much more then just Boba tea. You will be missing out if you haven't tried their aloe vera drink series. Everything taste great so far. Would be cool to have an points system or other possibilities for discount.

A great place to order some first time boba. Lots of great options, easy menus, came out quickly and was good quality.
