Bought my bike from another dealer unfortunately...but drove 4 hours to have Platinum powersports service it ... While in, they also are taking care of a recall item for me. Finally, I had a chance to stop in and check out the selection of bike on hand here, and I will say I was impressed . The main reason I went here was to look at some husqvarna bikes since they are one of the only dealers with husqvarna, gas gas , and all of the SSR pit bikes and full size. The selection of used motorcycles is very diverse, a little bit of everything. The staff is really knowledgeable and great to talk to.

Got my new Yamaha R1 from Platinum. It was THE best experience at a moto dealer I’ve ever had. All of the guys there are very polite and there to help.

Platinum Powersports received 5 stars from me because of their customer service and very quick response to fixing my side-by. I broke the plow cable while plowing during the snowstorm. They picked up and dropped off the side-by from my house, replaced the cable with a stronger strap, and did an oil change. My side-by was back to me the next afternoon, as good as new. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you, Platinum Powersports crew.

Bought a pre-owned Suzuki quad with plow from Justin and the staff at platinum power sports. I can say with many purchases like this they were outstanding from the first phone call all the way to going there to make the purchase. Everyone was helpful from Justin to the finance manager. Extremely satisfied with Platinum and their staff members. They were able to meet all of my expectations and take care of some extra paperwork I needed for registration without any issue. Great service and they know what their talking about. Needed tires on my bike and they had them in stock and even were able to get them installed for me in a day and I was able to continue my road trip and make my way back to the UP. This place is great. They waited for us patiently, handled my crazy kids with ease and were friendly throughout the whole process. Jay spent three Saturdays in a row with us, answering MANY questions and running LOTS of numbers, and didn’t seem the least bit annoyed. We will be back for our next purchase!

The past two years, I picked up a '21 YZ125 and '22 YZ250 from Tim @ Platinum. I continue to drive to this dealership for my motocross bike needs due to their hands down, best service I have experienced with any dealership in my decades of buying powersports. I pass dozens of other dealerships in my 1.5 hour drive to Platinum because of the superior service provided by the entire Platinum team.

Had a great purchase experience with Platinum for my 23' YZ125X. Jay was super easy to work with on getting the deal through. Overall very pleased and would recommend for anyone looking for a new powersports vehicle.

Platinum powersports provided a seamless transaction. Tim at Platinum is very knowledgeable about the local Motocross scene. He understood my need to use contingency money towards the purchase of the new Husqvarna FC450. Their accounting person was very quick and thorough. I appreciate the experience and will be back, even with a two and a half hour drive.

Tim was very knowledgeable and honest with me about the Yamaha product and I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. I am sorry I don't remember the young lady that helped us with our paperwork for our purchase but she was also very friendly and helpful. Even after we bought the R-Max when we revisit the store after our initial purchas we were treated very good by the maintenance department, Mike and Ryan and all of the other folks as well. I’ve been to many dealerships, and this one is definitely one of the best in the area. I purchased a 2017 Honda CRF250L. I wanted to convert it to a Supermoto, and Tim new exactly what I was talking about, unlike many other dealerships. We moved forward , and it turned out very nice! No excessive fees either. Straight up in the pricing, and Tim saved me a good amount of money on the new parts needed to convert to a Supermoto. I highly recommend Platinum Powersports!

Everything went perfectly. I couldn’t physically go to the shop but Tim and I were able to work everything out with NO issues. I didn’t see him until I picked up the bike (Husky TC250). I plan on hitting this shop quite often for gear or just to say “ Hi” . I’ve wanted a Husqvarna since I was twelve.
