Working with Darrell and Krisitina has been fantastic. Our search for a new home in Grand Rapids began, via the internet, from Chicago, our current home. It is a tough challenge to find a home in an unfamiliar city long-distance.

We thought we'd found a great home and even had an offer accepted. The next day we realized a train track (obscured behind trees) ran nearby. The noise of the train would have made radio broadcasting from that location (a essential for us) impossible. With Kristina and Darrell's help, we were able to successfully get out of the purchase of that home. We continued our long-distance home search with our business relationship with Kristina and Darrell growing into friendship.

Kristina kept us updated with potential properties that fit our needs via daily e-mail. She is amazing with a great eye for detail.
She clearly listened to our "ideal home profile" and had such a keen sense of what we really wanted: size, style, floor plan, neighborhood, street noise, even trees/green space. Since we were looking long-distance, she helped us "weed out" potential properties that were not worth our drive time. If a home might be worth making the drive, she did video-tours with excellent commentary and evaluation for us to consider, patiently going from from room to room, and all around the property.
We had such confidence in Kristina's skill, insight and professionalism, when we thought we'd found (on-line), the perfect home, in our ideal community, she suggested a video-tour. After the extensive video-tour, we bought that home without first seeing it in person! Yes, that's right . . . after her skillful video-tour we made an offer (with her expert advice) that was accepted. It was only after closing that we had the opportunity to walk through the house with Kristina and Darrell. We liked it even more than we'd anticipated. It is perfect for us, and we are so happy this is our new home.

I have worked with Darrell and his wife twice now; when I bought my house and most recently when I sold. Darrell was able to negotiate an AMAZING deal for me in selling which involved a higher than expected cash offer and inspections waived. Darrell was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I have just bought our first home and we were obviously very nervous but also very clueless. Darrell made everything so much easier than we thought it would be and was always ready and able to answer any questions we had. His response time was incredible, especially when we would bug him on a weekend at night because we just saw a house pop up we loved and he would get us in the next day to see it! He also never made us feel like there was such thing as a dumb question. He was able to answer so many questions that we would of likely had to go elsewhere for, but due to his experience from his prior job of renovating homes he was greatly helpful and knowledgeable. We always felt that Darrell was on our side through it all, and really put his heart into everything he did for us.
