Amazing tamale dinner. They accommodated me with one pork and one chicken tamale with rice and beans. I also got the red sauce and a sour cream on the side but was definitely not needed because the flavor was all in the food. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who's in the area very good food very reasonable prices. I was definitely full after my $6 lunch. I really enjoyed the food I ordered.

Premium Authentic Tamale Kitchen YOU have to go! Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Kalamazoo. The service is unmatched. It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The carnitas tacos and their tamales are to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! Everything we tasted melted in our mouths. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. The Staff know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, they make great recommendations and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

I have known the people running this place for a long time, since I was a little girl. Been getting tamales from them for just as long. They're always so amazing, you can't go wrong with these tamales🤤, such nice people such good food. 1000/10 would recommend.

I stopped here yesterday while visiting. Amazing food! Tamales are incredible and staff is super friendly. Order was made right when I showed up, including freshly made beans. Salsa is amazing too! A must go if you are in town!

Decided to try this place out during the stay home stay safe, because of two reasons. 1. I love tamales and 2. Let's support locale businesses. What a great choice! The food was amazing, both the pork and the chicken were equally as good. The staff was nice and friendly on the phone when we ordered as well as when we picked it up through the window. Just got a dozen Tamales, rice and beans. Will be back. Very good. Called ahead a couple hours and asked the owner if he could put this aside for me and good thing I did. He said he frequently runs out and preferred my calling. He is such a nice man.

My daughter and I wanted tamales, I had heard about this spot so we stopped by this evening. We brought the meal home, we ordered a dozen tamales with the pound of rice and beans. We dug in and the first words out of my daughter mouth was "wow yum!" We will be back!

We tried the chicken and pork tamales. Both were so good. The homemade salsas really put it over the top! Definitely will be back.

The taste of the tamales are immaculate, the rice and bean are delicious (very garlicky😋)! The workers are so nice! The dining area in the back is very cozy and sweet. I highly recommend going there

Legit, authentic tamales. The best tamales in Kalamazoo, hands down, now questions asked. The best tamales you'll find in SW Michigan. Hell, you probably couldn't find better tamales in Mexico. Real deal, no questions asked, 100% awesome.
