Just spoke to someone named Kara I believe on the phone who was EXTREMELY rude. I needed help purchasing a transcript through Parchment and had to input a code that she was simply unwilling to help me with. Told me I was doing something wrong because I shouldn't need a code, yet I have always needed a code every other time I have done this, and I followed her instructions twice. Then told me I was yelling in her ear?!? I had my phone on speaker about a foot away from me. I then asked her if I could speak to someone higher up than her, and she transferred me to someone who was out of office. I can't believe this woman is working a customer service job for college students who just need some help. Absolutely ridiculous, and I will be calling her higher up tomorrow.
