Quality work with a quick turnaround (24 hours from making the appointment to picking up my car). I got honest vibes from the guy I talked to (Kurt). He walked me through several options available to fix the several years of neglect on my rear brakes, and gave me a fair price quote and explained all the charges before proceeding with the repair. No hidden nonsense. Very satisfied

This center does excellent work at fair prices. It's very conveniently located on a main bus line, which I used after dropping off my car and then returning to pick it up after the work was completed. Employee Curt scheduled my appointment, checked me in and was very courteous and diligent about keeping me informed on the progress of my repair job, which was complicated.

Curt was who I dealt with to get brakes replaced and Lee was the mechanic. When I tell you two angels from heaven were dropped into this world and it was these two. They helped me understand what to look for on brake pads and rotors, they were patient, they worked a great price so my pockets weren’t empty 2 days before Christmas. My appointment was great - it started on time and was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and professional, as always. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was given a thorough report on my vehicle before leaving. It was an excellent experience.

I’m from South Carolina and thought I had a leaking tire. They were the 1st tire place I saw and pulled in. They were honest and didn’t charge me when it was just a matter of really cold morning causing low tire pressure. They filled all tires up and sent me on my way.

I scheduled an online drop-off appointment for a cross-threaded lug nut repair and tire rotation. Dropped off on a Monday morning, the service was completed in 3 hours at a cost of $180, which was cheaper than the $300 the Subaru dealership quoted me. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

These guys are phenomenal! I was able to bring my car same day and go home same day with everything fixed and running beautifully again. Not to mention they were nice enough to get me to work since I was worked so close and they could tell I was upset for having to miss work. The plus for me was I was able to get my car back on the road and I was able to drop off my car on a late Friday afternoon and get it back on Saturday. So, let me start off by saying that my experience with Monro was amazing.

My husband and I pass by almost daily and we got a kick out of their “pothole special” signage a while back (actually sent a few pictures to some out of town Michiganders for some giggles). I have never really had a good car repair experience in the area. Usually the folks were too expensive or a little condescending and I’d get irritated. After remembering the clever signage and doing a quick google search, I noticed they had phenomenal reviews- a bit of a rarity when it comes to auto service (or so I’ve noticed).

The reviews are truly a strong indicator of the work that will be done/experience you will have.

Seriously. Everyone I interacted with was the definition of professional. They were polite, explained the various issues to me, and even fixed things that weren’t included in my initial “appointment”.

I came in for a brake check and ended up needing to replace the whole system and even though I did not have the money the guys there help me through it and we got it done. The service is excellent. Their mgr. Ken does great service for his customers. He makes sure you get the bed value for your vehicle. He even fight the warranty company for you to pay their part because he has the customer best interest at heart. I highly recommend this company for service on your car!

I used to go to Monro when I lived in NY, and although I never had a problem at that location, the staff there were mediocre at best. When I moved to Washtenaw county this past year, I decided to continue going to Monro since it was the closest auto service to me, despite not having the best experiences at my previous location. I'm SO glad I decided to give this one a try! The staff are always speedy, and keep me up to date on how long it'll take to repair / replace certain parts and always go above and beyond.
