A+ customer service and pricing. My wife had an issue with her car, and not only were they fast with the repairs, they didn't charge an arm and a leg for unnecessary repairs.

Very honest and that is very hard to find these days.

Had my oil separator replaced in my Audi s7. Hendrick was awesome to work with. He was able to get me in much sooner then anywhere else in Grand Rapids. His hourly rate was more than reasonable. This was my first time coming to 456 and I will definitely be coming back for maintenance and other repairs in the future.

Owner used to be technician at Audi of GR so instead of paying super inflated prices, I always bring my Audi to Hendrik! Great guy and excellent, knowledgable service.

I highly recommend this auto shop. My local Ford dealer’s service department was going to charge me twice what 456AutoFix ended up costing me. Hendrick quickly repaired only what was needed. I trust these guys.

The head mechanic/owner Hendrick is fantastic! Takes the time to really listen and figure out your problem. He doesn't overcharge and won't fix something unless it needs to be done.

Quick, professional, and willing to work with your schedule. The owner is extremely personable and deals directly with clients. The price was more than fair and the work was well done within the time frame given. I personally will not go to anywhere else again.
