Five Lakes Coffee

This place serves hands-down the best coffee we've ever had! During our road trip across Iowa, Illinois, and mainly Michigan, we've tried coffee from countless spots, but none come close to this gem. I'm telling you, if I could, I'd set up camp next door and savor their brew every single day. It's a pity this coffee haven is exclusive to Michigan. Nebraska, take notes – we need one of these ASAP!

By the way, my girlfriend opted for an iced vanilla caramel latte with cold foam, while I kept it classic with an iced vanilla latte topped with whipped cream. Perfect choices for our coffee adventure!

They were real nice & cute coffee shop with nice ppl working inside! I loved multiple size choices and multiple flavors for your latte as well! A guy barista was so nice helping us order for the first time.
There were so many tables with power outlets available near by.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte and told the guy I wanted the Michael Myers limited edition version and he gave me this it made my day and still has me lol but this place is excellent and the staff is amazing and very friendly

My partner and I love coming to Five Lakes Coffee! The drive thru is really fast and the menu is super diverse depending on what you like. My partner usually gets a Cold Brew with Vanilla Cold foam and Five Lakes version is much better than Starbucks. They have a variety of desert bars and scones as well :)

We love visiting Five Lakes! I love the malted milk Frappuccino and a breakfast bacon/egg/cheese bagel, and our dogs can't wait for their pup cup with the bone! Service is always fast and super friendly!

One of the best coffee shops in Kalamazoo! I cannot recommend the Five Lakes chain enough, but this location in particular has extremely friendly and helpful employees, like Lizzie, who helped us. Everyone’s drinks were excellent and when we gave them one order incorrectly and realized our mistake they quickly corrected it free of charge. Great place to come for business, meeting a friend, or just enjoying the peace and quiet. Loved it!

I've never had a drink here I didn't like, never had any help that didn't deserve an extra tip. Their coffee, food, service - all amazing. Please try a Black Tie iced latte. You won't regret it

Always friendly service. Great coffee, large area to pop on your laptop or chat with a friend. I set meetings there often. Bathroom lock still needs replacement, but the place is cleaner than my house! Sure I am going back. I LOVE their scones.

Everytime I go out for coffee, I get an iced peppermint mocha. And Iva had many. I’m from Wisconsin but this was the best iced peppermint mocha I’ve ever had. And they’re nice ? Win win. 100% recommend.

i *cannot* recommend this place enough. all of the baristas are so sweet, the coffee is incredible, the food is great, i just love this place so much. perfect place to meet with friends or to just chill in the cafe. there’s outside seating too, which is lovely. i’m so glad i decided to give this place a shot a year ago because i come here *all the time* now. 10000/10

A much needed coffee shop on the kzoo west side 1 mile from downtown. Great coffee, somewhat limited food options, however, bagles and smoothies and other treats. Always staffed with friendly help. Plenty of seating as well as outdoor patio. Plenty of parking and Drive-thru. Fair prices.

Amazing coffee! Some of the best dark roast I have tried. Way better than Starbucks. The breakfast sandwich’s are also solid. Highly recommend this place!

Best coffee in michigan and Indiana! I have been to many coffee shops and this is by far the best of all. I started going here when it was Great Lakes with only 1 location.

I have frequented coffee houses in Kalamazoo for over 20 years and this one is the best! The facility is very well kept, the service and servers are top notch! A very comfortable, inviting atmosphere. So well organized! Every customer actually feels welcomed by the excellent staff. Great place to meet friends or to just sit and read a book.

I go here pretty frequently and get the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with their garlic sauce on it and a coffee. I love it because the sandwich is always hot and tastes delicious and they always have very friendly service!

Found my favorite spot for frozen vanilla Carmel 😋 so good this place beat all the others around. Clean good customer service

5 Lakes Coffee is better than Bigby or Starbucks.

I went today for my first time. The Black Tie Mocha was amazing. It wasn’t too sweet and it had a very solid bold rich coffee taste. I also ordered a bagel and cream cheese. I went through the drive thru and didn’t see any cream cheese in my bag so I thought they forgot. I went inside and asked for a little container of it. They happily provided, but I realized they already spread their own cream cheese on the bagel. My apologies for the mistake. The service was fantastic. The bagel and cream cheese was the best I’ve had. It was so fluffy and flavorful.

This place is great! I definitely recommend trying it out. The price is about as expected with Starbucks or Biggby, but the actual quality of food and drinks is a lot better. Great staff too. Thanks for a good morning!
