I finally decided to leave Borgess affiliated healthcare. I am very impressed with the Bronson's staff. I feel like for the first time I actually have an accurate diagnosis. ❤❤‍🩹🙌

Could not be happier with our experiences here. As first time parents it’s easy to feel dismissed and like your baby is just one of hundreds of patients. After switching to this office for our daughter we have never left feeling that way. The front desk and nurses are always friendly and Dr. Pelc is an amazing pediatrician. He really takes his time to make sure he isn’t missing anything, interacts with our baby (no other doctor has done that) and reassures any concerns. We always leave with great suggestions from him on how to cope with any issues our baby is experiencing. Thank you Dr. Pelc!

My children are new to this office. I'm not a fan of any docs as they generally act like your stupid and try to dismiss your concerns... this is NOT the case here. We have seen 3 different PEDS at this location and have loved them all!! I'm no doctor but I know MY children. Also have called on 2 different Monday mornings which is generally their busiest mornings and they have gotten my child an appt same day to be seen! Definitely recommend!!

We love Dr. Lassila! She has been wonderful with our kids. She even personally called once to check on my little! We thank her so much for her great service and care.

Love Dr.Pelc! He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. I also love Sarah Jennings. She is a PA and I have been just as happy with her. I have had no bad experiences since the switch from Borgess to Bronson. My children had been with the Borgess pediatric practice for 23 years.

I left something of value here by accident and while I was on my way home I got a call from the receptionist desk telling me I left something there and was able to pick it up quickly. That is Good Samaritan work right there.

Great times here tons of fun! I do miss my kidneys and wish they would give em back :(

Receptionists are hit or miss (hence 4 out of 5 stars) and most docs are good, with a few bad apples. Dr. Lassila is AMAZING! 10/10 for her! She always remembers my little one without even having to look at her chart and never treats me like I’m incompetent just because I’m a first time mom. She always listens and treats my husband and I with the utmost respect! We saw a different pediatrician before her and always felt like they never listened and just dismissed anything we said because we were new parents. I highly recommend asking for Dr. Lassila if at all possible! :)

My husband and I are used to Borgess peds. We switched bc we absolutely love Sarah Jennings. She was out on Maternity leave so we saw Megan and absolutely loved her too. The next time we scheduled an appt for our new born, Sarah was just getting back from maternity leave and was booked and so was Megan so they scheduled us with someone completely different. I was not impressed. She told me I looked exhausted and asked if I was sleeping. Remind you, I just had a baby 3 days prior to that and have two other kiddos. Yesss .. thank you for pointing out the facts that I'm exhausted and I'm trying my best to sleep when I can. Also told me to let my newborn cry it out for a bit and not to let him use my breastfeeding as a pacifier when my lactation consultant told me to feed as many times as I can bc he was cluster feeding waiting for my milk to come in. I felt the bedside manner was a little lost. There was a few other things my hubby was not impressed with as well. They weren't going to allow him or my daughter in for the appt. At this point in time, the carseat was too heavy for me to carry after having a baby. Also, with virtual learning, I have no other choice to bring my daughter... They ended up accomadating us but told us for future with covid that only one parent and no kiddos. I understand the policy but sometimes you have to consider what others may be dealing with at home too. If you go, ask to see Megan Foley or Sarah Jennings. You won't go without and they will totally exceed your expectations.

Definitely don’t go here if you have any type of non-urgent health issues, they can’t get you in for 6 months. Very dissatisfied with the general attitudes of some of the front desk people as well.

Dr. Mary is amazing. The people that answer the phones are awful. She LAUGHED at me when I asked if they had availability for today for my sick son. Do better.
